A maximum of ten years of military service is a strict rule of the garrison, because too many people want to join the garrison, so the garrison only allows a soldier to stay in the army for ten years.
Step three, leave the garrison, work hard in cultivation, and once reaching the Golden Body Realm, one can enter the Yujing Guard.
Step four, undergo training in the Yujing Guard, also for ten years, and unless someone excels in a particular area after ten years, they have to leave the Yujing Guard.
In the past, there weren't that many Golden Body Realm Martial Artists in the Spirit Source Land, and many stayed in the Yujing Guard for decades, even over a century. But as the number of Golden Body Realm Martial Artists in the Spirit Source Land increases, ten years has become a limitation.
