Ohara smiled, internally she was so worried. It was clear to see that Angelica was not used to the castle, but she did not want to admit it outrightly. If only there was a way she could help.
Everything just happened so quickly that there was no time for Angelica to pace herself for the huge change that was about to happen. However, she knew that if she had begged Angelica to slow down, or even told her that she had expected this to happen, she would remain in her stance that this was needed to secure their future.
"It is unfortunate that I have not been to the market in a long while. I need to purchase some more produce and meat," Ohara sighed. She wanted to make sure Angelica was well fed before she returned to the castle.
"You do not need to go anywhere today, you are still recovering," Dariel said as they both turned to him.
"If you really want more produce in the house, send the maids, but you are not going anywhere," he said.
