Varelya was the first one to let go of the rope.
"I think he understands now." She spoke while taking a deep breath. "And if he does not, we can tie him again."
Theo looked at her as Rhevard and Osric loosened the rope around his chest.
"Four people needed all their strength to keep one rope around me." Theo spoke. "You look too proud about it."
"You are still the one who lost after being so confident" Varelya replied instantly.
Theo chuckled and pulled his arm out when Saevra released the end around the tree.
He could break the rope. Everyone here knew that, which was why doing it would prove nothing.
What he wanted to know was how they got it around him in the first place.
"Who gave the command when I went for Saevra?" Theo asked.
The four looked at him with different expressions.
"No one." Saevra answered first which made Theo frown.
"You looked at Varelya before you dropped your bow."
