"It went up again! HAHAHA!" Hengsheng laughed maniacally, watching his daily System Point revenue rise higher and higher over time.

"Meow?" Yunsu, who had been sleeping on the couch, woke up from the noise and gazed at her crazy human with dead eyes.

Hengsheng looked away from the system display as he felt the gaze from behind; he turned and gazed back.

"Sorry…" He said.

"Meow…" The cat stretched her body, then jumped off the couch and walked out of the chamber, wanting to find a quiet place to take a nap.

Hengsheng's eyes followed the cat, and he sighed. He thought to himself that the older Yunsu grew, the more she avoided him—it was a little sad.

When Yunsu's shadow faded from his sight, he once again focused on the system display before him.

It had been a year since Hengsheng successfully earned the Heavenly Dao's permission to operate the cultivator training facility, also known as the Heavenly Tower.

During that period, Hengsheng examined how Prim's system had been changed through its connection with Heaven's power.

After several examinations, Hengsheng found nothing abnormal in Prim's system—the only thing that changed was a new power source linked to her, the power of Heavenly Dao.

Generally, his systems drew energy from his Spiritual Qi and the System World's Origin Energy, enough to sustain their miraculous nature and allow them to accomplish certain things that ordinary means provided by nature or the universe couldn't.

His systems and System Races were powerful—tremendously powerful—still far from omnipotent or anywhere near that level.

But now, with Heaven's power, Prim had achieved something no system of his ever could—true, absolute, unimaginable power.

Hengsheng knew just how much of a cheat Chen Yuan's Heavenly Domain System was. He also understood why it was so powerful—because that cheat system drew power directly from Heaven.

Yet after touching Heaven's power himself, he realized that he had underestimated Heaven's power far too much.

The so-called Heavenly Domain System could be even more broken if it ever utilized Heaven's power properly.

The Heavenly Dao's true power couldn't be described as merely 'powerful' or 'mighty', even 'omnipotent'; such powerful words still failed to capture its unimaginable might.

With the power of Heaven, Prim's system could literally achieve anything—absolutely anything.

Unfortunately, this absolute power wasn't his own, and it came with restrictions that prevented him from abusing it for any other purpose, such as raising his cultivation realm and becoming an Immortal Realm cultivator instantly.

He and Prim could use it for only one purpose—to bring the Trial Tower into existence and keep it operating til the deal was over.

It didn't take long after the examination and final mental preparations were complete before it came time for him to take action to bring the Trial Tower—or Heavenly Tower, as the Heavenly Dao had designated—into existence.

By wielding Heaven's power, Prim created a brand-new Dimensional World—a universe governed by the Heavenly Dao's laws—within an ordinary wooden pagoda sculpture that Hengsheng had crafted, transforming it into an artifact that contained an entire universe.

Then, he merged Prim's system node with the artifact, allowing her to act as the Heavenly Dao of the universe contained within.

After that came the structure part: copying and pasting the Trial Tower model they had been refining for so long into the Dimensional World, adjusting its nature to suit the tower's purpose, bringing the necessary NPC into existence, and dragging numerous lost inheritances of ancient experts around the Heavenly Dao World into the Heavenly Tower.

With that, the battlefield was complete.

The only thing missing to complete the tower was the challenger.

When it came to the challengers, the Heavenly Dao had given him complete authority over the matter, allowing him to invite anyone he wished without restriction.

He could have reserved the tower for himself and his own people, monopolizing all the benefits it could offer to his circle.

However, he wouldn't do that—it went against the very purpose of creating the tower in the first place. He hadn't built it to strengthen himself or his faction, but to generate System Points.

For the tower to generate the maximum number of System Points, its climbers had to be talented or exceptional enough to perform remarkable feats during their ascent. Everything they did inside the tower would be converted into Existence Records—the very essence of System Point generation.

So, Hengsheng couldn't give the limited challenger spots inside the tower to a random dude who didn't have any outstanding qualities.

According to the tower's design, a total of 10 million spots were available for challengers—it could be slightly more, but never less. Though 10 millionmight sound like a vast number, it was insignificant compared to the scale of the Heavenly Dao World.

Whenever the number of challengers decreased for various reasons—failing the challenge, their 100-year time expiring, or death—invitations would automatically be sent across the Heavenly Dao World's multiverse to qualified candidates to fill the spots.

With Heaven's absolute power, Hengsheng could have opened the spots to every talented cultivator, but he chose to limit them. This kept the tower exclusive and ensured the Existence Records remained of the highest quality.

Hengsheng spent quite some time in the challenger selection part, not sending out invitations immediately because he was distracted by the information about talent within the Heavenly Dao World, especially those from the Immortal Realm.

The candidate list created by Heaven's power revealed to him the general backgrounds and abilities of the millions of individuals whom the Heavenly Dao deemed worthy of recognition.

Most of them were exceptional talents, geniuses who could effortlessly defeat opponents from higher cultivation realms.

Some might lack talent or strength, but they possessed unique qualities that allowed them to forge their own path in cultivation.

Even the last name on the list—the cultivator ranked ten millionth—was a hundred times better than Xiaorong in nearly every aspect, except that this guy didn't have an amazing backing like Hengsheng as Xiaorong did.

Even though they were impressive, he wasn't interested in them. They were just like any other geniuses from anywhere, only exceptionally talented.

Those who truly captured his attention were from the Immortal Realm.

Those from the Immortal Realm were different; their cultivation talent alone might not differ much from cultivators of the lower realms, but their foundation was worlds apart—No, universes apart to be more accurate.

If Hengsheng didn't take into account the ancient and immensely potent heritage of the Immortal Realm's inhabitants, they still possessed a common advantage that those from the lower realms could never compare to.

Those born in the Immortal Realm all possessed a Dao Root—a superior Spirit Foundation that granted them the capability to practice all kinds of cultivation systems and the innate ability to comprehend the Dao.

This innate Dao comprehension ability was powerful and unfair. There was no need for them to wait until they reached the peak of Tier 6 to wield the Dao's power like cultivators from the lower realms.

This Spirit Foundation made their existence similar to Yunsu, a spirit beast—though they were even better, since spirit beasts from the lower realms like Yunsu did not possess a Dao affinity like they did.

Some geniuses in the Immortal Realm could even comprehend the Dao while still in their mother's womb. Imagine an infant with no cultivation realm, yet capable of wielding the Dao, moving mountains, and parting the seas—such a thing was truly terrifying.

What's more, their cultivation methods and Qi techniques were so profound that they matched or even surpassed his techniques, which were generated by the system. This wasn't a surprise if you think about what kind of place the Immortal Realm was.

Knowing how unfair those from the Immortal Realm were compared to the rest, Hengsheng decided to lift all of the restrictions he had placed on the challengers inside the tower, such as the "penalty against cheaters" or "race sealed."

These restrictions, which he had originally put in place to make the competition as fair as possible, seemed unnecessary.

In fact, he should have buffed those from the lower realms if he wanted to make the game fair, but he realized there was no such thing as a fair game in this world, so he chose not to adjust anything further.

After making the final adjustments, Hengsheng refocused and continued on his own mission.

He sent invitations in various forms to the pioneers of the Heavenly Tower…
