After an unbearably awkward dinner during which Amelia tried and failed to lighten the mood with small talk, Alexander finally left for the Sterling residence with Henry.
Henry headed straight for the basement where Ivan laid, battered and unconscious. With a low snicker, Henry picked up a pipe and splashed cold water over Ivan's face. The shock jolted him awake, and the moment his eyes landed on Henry, all color drained from his face.
Alexander was known for breaking minds. Henry, however, was different. He enjoyed inflicting pain. "Hello, Ivan," Henry said pleasantly while pulling over a chair and sitting cross-legged before him.
"H-Henry..." Ivan stammered, his body trembling.
