With her explanation done, Amie opened the portal to show them where she intended for them to go.
"That's your new home. Go ahead and see what you can make of it. Keep your heads down and stay out of trouble for a few years, and I doubt that anyone will even question where you came from." She insisted.
"Thank you for your assistance. Good luck with the end of the war."
Amie smiled at the Sergeant. "Indeed. Soon, this should all be over and sorted."
The weary infantrymen stepped through the portal, which Amie promptly closed behind them, so that Kaizon couldn't convince them to return.
The Prince was beginning to wake up now, and realizing that his final sacrifice wasn't what he had thought it would be. Not only were his men all dead, he was unfortunate enough to live to see it, with Dominic standing right beside him.
Amie opened a portal home, and Dominic lifted the Prince to his feet, then passed him to Dave to carry through.
