Then all three women erupted simultaneously.
"Cassius!" Julie exclaimed. "How is that possible? For physical occupations—warrior, knight, barbarian—you could be anything! You're a prodigy with any weapon, and your strength is monstrous."
"But you literally have no mana in your body! How are you going to pose as a mage!?"
"He's right." Aisha added, her brow furrowed. "Your theoretical knowledge of magic is extraordinary—you could lecture archmages on advanced mana theory."
"But without mana reserves, you can't cast even the simplest spell. How do you plan to maintain the deception?!"
Cassius's lips curled into a slow, confident smirk.
"Who said I can't cast spells?" He raised his hand with theatrical flair. "There's definitely one spell I can perform."
He snapped his fingers.
And in that instant, Aisha, Julie, and Skadi began to float gently upward from their seats.
"We're floating!" Skadi squealed, her legs kicking in the empty air. "We're actually floating!"
