Mizuki stared at his opponent who stared back at him as his blade was blocked but what blocked his attack wasn't a weapon but the very shadows under his feet.
Mizuki jumped back, attempting to create distance between them.
Lazarus took a single step and immediately appeared on Mizuki's side. He tried to slash at Lazarus but he ducked and kicked Mizuki so hard that he felt multiple of his organs rupture.
Mizuki was sent crashing into the wall of the canyon.
'Fuck! What the hel-' Before that thought could finish Lazarus came from above with a downward axe kick that Mizuki avoided if not barely.
Cracking the ground beneath him, and with a swift motion Lazarus grabbed 3 small rocks and coated them eith his lightning and threw them at Mizuki who regained his bearings repleaded the first 2 but still got hit by the 3rd.
"Argh!" He let out a grunt of pain which surprised him, but what left him more stunted was the fact he sense danger from underneath him.
He turn to look ahead and he was gone which sent danger signals in his head. His immediately jumped into the air and when he looked down he knew he was right to do so.
Shadow spears joted out from under him.
He started his retaliation with him imbuing his blade with lightning and sending out hundreds of sword thrusts within a span of 3 seconds.
Lazarus instead of staying inside the shadows jumped out to meet the attacks head on .
He used Chrono-watch to slow down his perception making everything appear to be moving in slow motion and the lightning to speed up his physical abilities.
Specifically his movement and reaction time.
"God i really hope this doesn't back fire later.

Back with the rest Rai stared at the fight, as he watched his son who is being pushed harder than he would expect.
Pffffttt, hahahahahaha. I can't i can't. Hahahahahaha!" Lason was on the ground holding his stomach as his laughter rang out through the seating platform.
Rai turned to Cassandra who was completely infrailed with the fight or more precise Lazarus, who's body was completely bare aside his lower half.
The traces of drool from her mouth was noticed but she seemingly did care as Ksenia wiped away the drool.
"Lord Rai, would you like anything to eat or drink?" Sebastian asked his toned carrying his thousands of years of being a butler with him.
"Ohh. Um, no thank you lord Sebastian. But its appreciated. But if I could ask you a question if you don't mind?"
"Go ahead."
"Okay how old is that boy facing my son?"
Sebastian stop pouring tea and stared at Lazarus who bared his claws at Mizuki who was blocking each attacks and offered some of his own.
"He's currently 21." He said to Rai, his expression barely changing.
Rai sat and stared at the boy who wouldn't even be considered a teenager in vampire years push his son back.

Mizuki skirted back after blocking a kick from Lazarus.
Lazarus immediately cut open his knuckles and let his blood flow out and form a small ball infront of him.
He than whined up his fist back and struck the ball of blood sending out at super sonic speeds.
Mizuki didn't try to block the attacks so he jumped into the air and sprouted his bat wings.
Lazarus didn't moved, but the blood orb immediately started to hawking him down his flew at lightning speed making it somewhat difficult for Lazarus to keep up with his eyes.
He also noticed that dark clouds began to gather and it started raining.
Before he could register what this could possibly be for he ducked a slash that came from behind him. He tried to give one of his own but he struck nothing but air and rain water.
He sense were dialed up but before he could react he felt something sharp stab through his chest 3 times and a slash across his back.
"Brgh!" Lazarus felt his blood boil as static travelled throughout his body, numbing his senses.
Then
*BANG!*
He was punched across the face sending him flying by Mizuki.
Mizuki stabbed the sword in the ground, and passed his electricity through the blade into the wet ground which traveled towards Lazarus who was still dazed.
Lazarus regained his bearings and used his shadow to create a platform for him to stand on.
He looked down at the stabwounds in his chest that were already healing and the ones on his back.
But Mizuki wasn't going to allow Lazarus to breathe was he immediately charged after him leaving his katana in the ground.
He tried to stike Lazarus with a chop to the neck but Lazarus caught the blow but Mizuki sent a violent surge of lightning into his body.
Disrupting his nerves he than kicked Lazarus under his chin into the sky where the dark clouds gathered.
Mizuki performed a yanking gesture and Lazarus was struck by lightning 3 times.
""Lazarus!"" Lason and Cassandra immediately showed worry on their face while Sebastian kept his calm expression.
Lazarus's body began to free fall to the ground and Mizuki immediately charged in his call his katana to him and jumped into the air trying to finish the fight.
He moved like a blur and when he appeared next to Lazarus ready to end it.
He immediately felt a terrifying force, a that made him retreat. Landing on the ground he looked up, but Lazarus was gone.
'Where is he?' He thought as he couldn't detect his presence anywhere near him. He took his sword stand, his lightning traveled through his body.
"I can't sense him or even hear him anywhere near me, he was in the sky so he couldn't have entered the shadows to escape m-." Mizuki couldn't finish his thought as booming thunder rang out.
He looked up and saw the dark clouds gather again but this time the lightning that traveled seemed to have been bathed in a crimson color and possessed far more destructive power.
He than heard Lazarus voice as some of the clouds parted to reveal Lazarus. Who's body was still having smoke come off it. But his wounds were gone.
"You know I've always wanted yo try this."
Lazarus offered a smiled towards Mizuki who was seemingly sweating bullets.
His eyes bore awe and fear. 'Damn I really should have shut my mouth.'
