Chapter 447 - Naruto:Immortality-Chapter 49: Am I Late?

"What is love?"

Shisui quietly repeated the question, then smiled.

"Endurance."

No extra explanation—just his answer, plain and true.

Tobirama stared at Shisui for a long moment, face unreadable, before finally striding out of the security office.

"Let's go. Time to support the battlefield!"

...

On the main battlefield, Uchiha Madara stood atop the Ten-Tails' head, surveying the chaos below. Suddenly, he sensed something—his expression twisted into a snarl.

Hashirama!

You finally showed up!

In that instant of distraction, Naruto—leading the Allied Shinobi Forces—managed to sever the tubes linking Madara and Obito to the Ten-Tails.

With a deafening crash, the Ten-Tails collapsed, out of control, howling and thrashing its ten tails across the ground in a frenzy.

Freed from the Ten-Tails, Madara and Obito moved in perfect sync, forming hand seals and unleashing their retaliation.

"Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation!"

"Fire Release: Explosive Wind Wild Dance!"

Flames roared across the battlefield, smoke thick as fog, the earth shaking beneath the onslaught.

The inferno shattered the ground, surging toward the Allied Forces like waves reaching for the sky.

Naruto instantly pressed his palms together, unleashing the full power of the Nine-Tails—chakra surging, endless and wild.

In seconds, the entire Allied Shinobi Force was cloaked in blazing red Tailed Beast coats, magma-bright, blocking the river of flames.

When the firestorm faded, the Allied Forces stood untouched.

At that moment, the rampaging Ten-Tails seemed to echo Madara's wild excitement, rearing up and unleashing a sky-shaking roar.

The world changed in an instant.

A monstrous pressure erupted from the Ten-Tails, swirling into visible shockwaves that swept across the land.

Thunderclouds choked the sky, blinding lightning split the heavens, mountains crumbled as if the apocalypse had arrived.

Even as the wind whipped them through the air, the Allied Forces—protected by their beastly cloaks—remained unharmed. But just as they prepared to strike back, Naruto hit empty.

He'd always been generous to a fault—dumping chakra like he had no limits, all to protect his comrades.

Meanwhile, Obito appeared out of nowhere before Kakashi, grabbing his shoulder.

Kamui activated—and both vanished, sucked into that private... cough, cough... Kamui dimension.

Hidden among the Allied Forces, Rin's eyes went wide with worry. Her own Kamui triggered instinctively, and she followed them in.

On a distant mountaintop, Rinjin sat cross-legged, watching the Ten-Tails spit out an enormous flower bud. His face was calm, but inside, he wrestled with a primal hunger.

The Demonic Statue had felt like a dead tree trunk.

The first-stage Ten-Tails was a fresh sprout. But this—this was a ripe fruit, bursting with juice.

He could almost taste it—the sweetness exploding in his mouth as teeth sank into the flesh.

He was starving...

He was starving, and the monster inside him was starving too.

Beside him, Tsunade kept glancing anxiously at the battlefield, even as she healed the other Four Kage.

Their chakra was nearly spent—barely a tenth of their power remained after the fight with Madara.

Rinjin watched his ever-worried wife and sighed.

Originally, his plan was simple: stay out of the war, keep the Rain Village on the sidelines, and swoop in for the spoils.

But nothing ever goes perfectly. Plans change. The world moves on its own.

He sighed again.

"Tsuna, stop worrying. I already sent Shisui to call for backup!"

"What backup?"

"Your grandpa and your second grandpa. They should be arriving any minute now."

Just as they spoke, the Ten-Tails, flower bud still fresh, began condensing an ultra-massive Tailed Beast Ball—easily five hundred meters across.

It made even the mighty Eight-Tails look like a pebble.

The Tailed Beast Ball fired.

Under orders from HQ, the Allied Forces moved as one, hands flashing through seals.

With a unified shout, earth walls of all heights erupted from the ground, trying to block the monster sphere.

It was hopeless.

The Tailed Beast Ball tore through the walls like paper, pulverizing everything in its path.

Staring at the mountain-sized sphere, the Allied Forces felt pure despair.

At this size, it didn't matter if it exploded or not—it would crush them to dust just by rolling over.

Killer Bee transformed, throwing himself in front of the sphere, fighting with everything he had.

But just as hope faded, a sharp whoosh pierced the air—the colossal Tailed Beast Ball vanished in an instant.

A heartbeat later, a dazzling figure in ceremonial Hokage robes appeared before Naruto, who was still receiving medical attention.

"Am I late?"

"No, perfect timing, Dad!"

Nearby, Sakura—mid-healing—stared at the two blondes, utterly dumbfounded.

"Wait—whose dad?"

The young blond man turned, met Sakura's eyes, and grinned.

"Namikaze Minato. Get ready for things to explode."

As his voice echoed, a deafening roar erupted from the distant sea—tsunamis surged, blotting out the horizon.

Watching Minato's stylish entrance, Rinjin raised an eyebrow at Tsunade.

"See? He's always this cool.

By the way, does he have any Senju blood in his family?"

"No idea," Tsunade replied, shaking her head, the weight on her shoulders suddenly much lighter.

With the Fourth Hokage leading the charge, the battlefield's odds instantly improved.

But before she could say more, the next arrivals left her speechless.

Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Third Hokage, landed beside Minato, lips quirking in a smile.

"Minato, you're still as quick as ever."

"Fourth Hokage, your Body Flicker's even sharper than mine!" Tobirama laughed, joining them.

Before the words even faded, the real legend—Senju Hashirama—dropped in, Uchiha Shisui at his side, face calm.

With five legends now standing together, the battlefield went dead silent.

"...Unbelievable!"

"The First... the Second... the Third... and the Fourth Hokage too..."

"So it was the Hokage who stopped that attack!"

"But... who used Impure World Reincarnation?"

At that moment, Shisui, quietly watching the distant Ten-Tails, stepped forward and spoke, voice steady:

"We can begin now, honored previous Hokage!"

"Alright... let's get started!" Hashirama nodded, eyes shining with excitement.
