Julian had been watching Arcanine and Moltres fight like children play-wrestling, relying purely on physical strength. And in that regard, Arcanine actually had the advantage.
After all, Arcanine had four limbs with claws, while Moltres was at a considerable disadvantage in that regard.
But if it came to a real fight, Arcanine would definitely be no match for Moltres.
After taking a few photos of the two, Jade walked up to Julian and pointed at the female Tyranitar not far away.
The two Tyranitar had already been together for nearly a year now, so the probability of the female Tyranitar becoming pregnant actually was quite high.
Julian simply hadn't paid much attention to that matter before, but after hearing Jade say it, he immediately walked over to the female Tyranitar.

If this were a human couple, and the husband's first reaction after hearing about the pregnancy was to ask, "Mine?", there would probably be a huge fight.
Fortunately, the female Tyranitar didn't care at all—or rather, she didn't even hear what her husband had just said. At the moment, she was happily stroking her belly with a blissful expression.
"No wonder your appetite's gotten bigger lately."
Julian recalled that during this period, the female Tyranitar had been eating over a hundred extra pounds of ore every meal compared to usual. He had thought her appetite had simply grown larger.
Turns out there was an extra mouth inside her stomach now.
"Since she's pregnant, her diet plan will also need to change."
Human women had foods they shouldn't eat during pregnancy, and Pokémon were actually pretty similar.
During her pregnancy, Julian naturally had to prepare a special nutritional meal plan for her.
"Big brother, how long will it take for Tyranitar to have the baby?" Jade asked curiously.
Julian's Tyranitar also looked at him, clearly wanting to know when its child would be born.
"Under normal circumstances, a Tyranitar's pregnancy lasts five to eight years. Some even take over ten years before they lay a Larvitar egg."
There was specific data on the reproduction of Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon, so Julian wasn't making this up.
Normally, most Pokémon pregnancies lasted around a year, while Bug-type Pokémon only needed anywhere from one month to several months.
But for Pseudo-Legendaries, the pregnancy period became drastically longer, which was also one of the main reasons they were so rare.
"However, if the nutrition is sufficient, the time can be shortened to about two years," Julian added.
A longer gestation period didn't necessarily mean the baby Pokémon would have higher talent. The long duration was simply because the mother lacked enough nutrients to meet the conditions for birth.
"We'll go to the hospital for a prenatal check-up later to see how healthy the egg is."
Even though Julian's Aura power and Probing Eyes both told him the female Tyranitar's egg was very healthy, he still felt a trip to the hospital was necessary.
The moment the female Tyranitar's pregnancy was revealed, it immediately attracted the attention of Julian's other Pokémon. One after another, they all walked over. Even Arcanine and Moltres stopped fighting.
All of them curiously stared at the female Tyranitar's belly.
This was the first companion among them to have offspring, and the feeling was very strange. Although it wasn't their own child, they technically counted as uncles and aunts now.
Julian also felt that strange sense of emotion. Seeing his Tyranitar having a child gave him the feeling of an old father watching his child grow up.

Slowking: "From now on, I'll personally take care of you."
Slowking walked in front of the female Tyranitar with an extremely serious expression.

Unfortunately, her husband was even worse off than she was. The moment Slowking's gaze landed on him, his body instantly stiffened.
"Slow~"
Slowking: "From now on, take your wife for a one-hour walk in the backyard every day. Pregnant women need proper exercise too."
Tyranitar quickly nodded, not daring to argue in the slightest. Besides, this was for his wife's own good—what could he possibly say?
"What are you still standing here for? Hurry up and take her walking."
"Tar~"
Tyranitar immediately stood up and began strolling through the backyard with his wife.
"Slow~"
Slowking: "See? Isn't this perfectly fine? Does that look like she was scared of me?"
Slowking nodded in satisfaction. Naturally, those words were directed at Julian.
"Mm-hmm, I must've seen it wrong," Julian quickly replied. Whatever Boss Slowking said was correct.
"Slow~"
Slowking: "Pick up the pace. What's the point of moving that slow?"
It called out toward the Tyranitar couple.
Immediately, the speed of their walking quickened noticeably.
"Stay here and watch them. Make sure they walk for a full hour,"
Slowking said to Julian.
"Mission accepted!"
Julian straightened his legs and gave Slowking a salute.
"Slow~"
Slowking nodded in satisfaction again, before leaving with its little apprentice Magearna. It was time to start preparing tonight's dinner.
"Big brother, Slowking is so cool! In the future, I also want to catch a Pokémon like that."
Jade looked at Slowking, full of admiration. In her eyes, even her invincible brother was completely kept in line by Slowking—how cool was that?
"Big brother supports you. In the future, Brother will definitely help you get an excellent Slowking."
Seeing that Jade already had such a self-destructive dream from such a young age, Julian naturally intended to fulfill it.
"Thank you, Big brother."
"No need to thank me. You'll understand how it is later."
