'Something has happened at the mansion. You both need to come fast,' Brave's urgent voice echoed inside their heads.
"WHAT?? What did you just say? I'm coming~ … right now," Iris's voice erupted next. Before she could ask more, the call disconnected abruptly, leaving her brimming with anxiety. She tried again, but for some reason it didn't connect. She then turned towards the Lycan brothers and said, "Young Alphas, I need to go back to the Larson estate."
"We are going back too; we will take you," Elio answered. Alaric then looked at Shade and instructed, "Stay here and keep an eye on him. Update me if anything happens." He then switched to mind link, 'Also~ …. bring that human, Oliver Grey, by his side and inform the Yates family members.'
'Yes, young Alpha,' Shade replied as the three of them made their way back.
As soon as they hit the road, Elio asked, "Hector Healer, you sounded frantic? Whose call was it? What did they say? What happened?"
