Cain paused when he heard Nana's words, then suddenly let out a faint, mocking laugh. "If it's that, then it seems neither Leon nor I can make that decision."
Nana was momentarily stunned by this. Even Leon couldn't decide? Then did that mean there truly was someone standing behind Leon? Someone capable of forging weapons even more powerful than those crafted by the Dwarves?
Just then, the girl spoke again. "Then why didn't you tell us a little earlier about the thing that's about to make the peace of the Land of Light disappear?"
By this time, Silvanus had already finished settling everything for Dorian. Nerio stood by the bedside, small hands resting on the edge of the bed, blinking as he looked at Dorian.
Silvanus couldn't quite understand what Nerio was so curious about.
Perhaps because of the influence of the script he had written for them, Nerio genuinely liked Dorian quite a bit more.
