The room is silent, but tense.
My knee is bouncing from all the nerves. We have been told to wait, and I hate waiting. Are they doing something about the fucker? I should have beaten him some more.
I need to go out there.
"I am out of here," I announce, standing up abruptly. The guys get startled from the sudden motion and look at me.
"no, miko. You need to wait. Sit down," Rex starts, reaching for me since he is the closest, but I step away from him.
"This is bullshit, and you all know it. They are treating us like kids! Why should we wait here like sitting ducks? I am leaving."
I start for the door, but before I can reach it, it opens loudly, the head of the tour, Woo, and the director all step inside, and the door is closed behind them.
"Sit," the director points at me and shakes my head.
"What have you done to them? Have you got them arrested?"
"Miko-"Woo starts. "Sit please."
