The horse carriage turned past a grove of trees and suddenly, by the side of the road, there was a village home with two bundles of grass hoisted atop the trees.
Sun Wukong exclaimed with delighted surprise: "Little monk, hang in there a little longer, up ahead there's a family selling wine.
Let's go and ask for some hot soup for you to eat, and see if they sell any medicine, get a plaster, and treat your stomachache."
Tang Sanzang cried out in agony: "Wukong, hurry! I can't bear this pain any longer."
Soon the horse carriage arrived at the entrance of the wine shop; Sun Wukong leapt down from the carriage and ran inside shouting: "Is anyone there? Is anyone home?"
From inside the wine shop, an old granny lifted the curtain and walked out, saying: "Coming, coming~"
She jumped in fright upon seeing Sun Wukong, shouting in surprise: "Yikes! What are you?"
