Literally.
Earlier, he was still 93 years old, sort of. With his Sloth skill, he was around 390 thousand years old, but it didn't count since he mostly aged inside his mind, and the majority of the time he was asleep.
But now, he was here in the flesh, somehow meditating for 900 years straight without noticing.
I mean... At least I don't look older? If I don't tell anyone, then no one will know I'm this old.
