The Record feature of Soul Vault worked exactly like one would expect from the Inspect skill. Although it did not describe the items, it provided the names of the items very easily.
The only requirement was that the item should exist somewhere within Ash's memory, even if it appeared for only a brief moment. This also included the countless books he had memorized, the ones he had studied deeply, and even those whose meanings he had yet to fully understand.
Another necessary condition was that the item should be stored inside his Soul Vault, obviously.
And till now, the only thing that ever appeared as Unknown was...

"But that doesn't make sense!!!"
Ash shouted, his eyes wide with disbelief.
Anyone in his place would have been shocked, because the thing appearing before him was something he had never expected to see here.
