The discussion about the racing circuit was put on hold for the time being. Now, everyone's attention had turned to the eagerly anticipated clash between Blackburn Rovers and Manchester City in the sixth round of the Premier League. The fixture had generated plenty of excitement, with supporters and the media eager to see which side would come out on top.
