Chapter 127 - The Girls' Adventure : League Of Legends

After they finished exploring Raviel's personal dimension, the group finally prepared to depart for another world.

"So, where exactly are we going?" Jill asked.

"Hmmm… I'm not sure yet," Raviel replied, tapping her chin. "There are just too many choices."

"Can we go somewhere with magic and fantasy elements?" Excella suggested. "I feel like in a place like that, we might find something good to use as a gift."

"Oh, that's actually a great idea, Excella," Jill agreed, nodding. "A magical world might have something unique."

"Hmmm… okay. I think I know a place that fits that theme," Raviel said. Without wasting time, she raised her hand and summoned another shimmering door of light. "Alright, you two can go in after me."

Meanwhile, far away in the depths of space, an ancient celestial being shaped like a massive star-forged dragon suddenly noticed the strange doorway that had appeared near the planet he was shackled to. The residents of this universe knew this celestial as Aurelion Sol.

"A doorway…?" the dragon muttered, his deep voice echoing across the void. "Hmmm. Who dares approach this time? More of Targon's Aspects, perhaps?"

But instead of Aspects, he saw three unfamiliar women step out of the portal.

"Where are we exactly? Is that… a planet?" Excella asked as she floated in the vacuum, staring at the massive sphere of landmasses before her.

"That planet is called Runeterra," Raviel explained casually. "It was formed from the Rune World—shaped and influenced by the Celestials of this universe."

"This place looks a lot like Earth," Jill commented. "But… the continents are totally different."

As the girls chatted among themselves, Aurelion Sol's attention fixed on Raviel. The celestial dragon narrowed his eyes, sensing the magic flowing from her body—an impossible amount, so vast he couldn't even gauge it. And yet the aura she emitted wasn't oppressive or violent. It was soft… gentle… almost soothing, unlike the harsh brilliance of ancient Celestials born at the dawn of the universe.

He became curious.

Is she human? No… impossible. Not with that level of power.

But what intrigued him even more was that she was traveling alongside two clearly mortal humans.

"Alright, how about we just go straight there and check the place out?" Jill said, sounding a bit excited.

"Yeah, yeah—but wait a second," Raviel replied before turning her gaze toward the stars.

"How long are you planning to stay silent? Are you just going to watch us from there?" she called out, her voice echoing across the void.

"Oh? So you did notice that I've been observing you," Aurelion Sol's voice boomed.

The stars surrounding them shifted, rearranging themselves until they formed the massive head of a dragon made entirely of constellations.

Jill and Excella immediately moved closer to Raviel, hoping her presence alone would protect them.

"Relax, you two. He won't bite… unless someone annoys him," Raviel said casually.

But as Aurelion Sol attempted to float closer, the glowing chains attached to the crown around his head tightened, jerking him backward.

"Tch… this wretched thing is such an annoyance," he growled, clearly irritated that he couldn't approach the planet freely.

"Huh? What's happening to him?" Jill asked, noticing the chains clearly for the first time.

"Did you do that?" Excella asked, curiosity mixing with disbelief. The idea of someone binding a star-forged cosmic dragon seemed absurd—unless it was Raviel.

But Raviel shook her head.

"Nope, not my doing. He's being enslaved by the Celestials of this universe—forced into being a weapon to fight the Watchers," she explained to Jill and Excella.

"Enslaved…?" Jill muttered, feeling a twinge of sympathy for the cosmic being.

Aurelion Sol, hearing the word, shifted his gaze toward them.

"So, you seem to know much about my situation," he rumbled. "So tell me—who exactly are you?"

His tone was proud and commanding, even though he was clearly bound and restricted.

"Me? I am Raviel. You could say I'm a goddess from another world."

"A goddess from another world… hmm, very interesting. And you seem strong enough to tear your way into this universe," Aurelion Sol said, praising her. "So, can you tell me your purpose for coming here? And you appear to have brought two humans with you—are they your pets?"

"They are not my pets, okay? They are my sisters. And I came here to help them find a good gift as a wedding present for our husband. Oh, and please show some respect to my sisters—don't call them pets in front of me," Raviel said with a slight pout.

"Oh? In that case, may I know your names, humans?" Aurelion Sol asked.

"My name is Jill," Jill said, gathering her courage to speak.

"And I'm Excella. May I know your name?" Excella said from behind Raviel while clinging to her arm. She wasn't as brave as Jill, but she tried her best to ask the cosmic entity in front of them.

"Jill and Excella—those are quite nice names. And oh, it seems I forgot to introduce myself. I am the Celestial Dragon responsible for creating the stars in this universe. I have no personal name, but the people of this world call me Aurelion Sol," the dragon said as he casually demonstrated the creation of a new star in his hand, then crushed it, producing a supernova in the void of space.

Jill and Excella swallowed their saliva seeing how easily the celestial dragon could do that. But Jill was very curious why a being that looked so strong could be enslaved like this.

"You said earlier that you wanted to find a gift for your husband? Is your husband also a human?"

Jill and Excella both looked at Raviel—yeah, they were also a bit curious about their husband's identity, wondering if their husband was a human. And Raviel simply nodded. "Yes, my husband is a human."

This made Excella and Jill breathe a sigh of relief—at least they knew that much, and they thought Allen was just an ordinary human and that the power he had likely came from Raviel. Though, it seemed Jill and Excella underestimated their husband's strength since Allen had never shown his true power.

"Uhh, truly amazing, a human can have a relationship with a goddess like you. This is very interesting," said Aurelion Sol with a humming tone.

"Well, my husband is very special and very handsome," said Raviel proudly.

"Well, of course I cannot interfere with your tastes, and I also cannot stop you from looking for a gift for your husband on that planet, so just do whatever you like," said the dragon, who seemed no longer too interested in the matter.

He also didn't want to try fighting the goddess in front of him who looked capable of matching him—and most likely was even stronger than he was. And it had been a very long time since he met someone who could potentially rival him. He even hoped that if the goddess entered that world, there would be a battle there that could destroy that world, because he also quite hated that planet and the people inside it.

Raviel, after hearing that, felt it was time to take the girls down to the planet, but Jill seemed like she wanted to ask Aurelion Sol something first.

"May I know why you ended up like this?" Jill asked.

"Ohh, you seem to be quite a curious human," Aurelion Sol replied, his eyes staring sharply at Jill. But Jill stared back and didn't say anything, as if waiting for his answer.

Aurelion Sol finally spoke again. "This story will be quite long, but listen."

The dragon then began telling what had happened back then—how he forged the stars in the dark sky, shaping the heavens themselves, and how, when he wandered through the cosmos to admire his creations again, he encountered a world formed not by his fellow celestials. He grew curious and decided to observe the world more closely.

The people of that world eventually began to worship him and offered him a crown as a sign of reverence. But the moment he put on that crown, something felt wrong—he realized that his will was no longer his own. And when he finally understood that the crown was a trap created by the Aspects to enslave him, he was filled with rage and wanted to burn the world to ashes.

But before he could unleash his fury, chains manifested—cosmic bindings connected to the very stars he had created and to that world—locking his power and trapping him, forcing him to obey the Aspects' commands.

Jill, after hearing that, felt a bit sorry for Aurelion Sol. She then looked toward Raviel. "Do you want me to free him?" Jill nodded. "Is it possible?"

"Well, of course it's possible. But if I free him right now, won't he end up destroying that world? And aren't we here to find a good gift for Allen from that world?" Raviel reminded Jill.

"Ah, right…" Jill said, realizing that part.

Aurelion, who heard Raviel say that she could free him easily, had his eyes shine brighter than before. "You can really free me? If so, I promise I won't destroy that world. In fact, I might even give that world to you as a gift," Aurelion Sol said. After all, his grudge was only toward the people of Mount Targon and some of the celestials ruling above them. And he still remembered that creature from the Void—the Watchers—who once dared to laugh at him.

Even though he could technically wait a few millennia for the chains to weaken on their own, he certainly wouldn't mind being freed early.

Jill, hearing Aurelion Sol's words, looked back at Raviel. "You heard him, right? I think we can trust him, Raviel," Jill said.

Raviel exhaled softly. "Fine… and he is offering a pretty good deal."

Raviel then snapped her fingers, and suddenly the sky trembled violently. Every Celestial in the higher realms felt that something terrible was happening in the Celestial Realm.

Meanwhile, on Mount Targon—

"What exactly is happening?" said one of the Aspects—Leona, the vessel of the Aspect of the Sun. Diana felt the same disturbance. Even Atreus, a mortal who once served as the unwilling vessel of Pantheon—the Celestial who embodied war itself—felt that something catastrophic was occurring in the Celestial Realm.

"Is this world about to be destroyed? It feels like that dragon has broken free… this is really bad," he said while staring at the sky, where meteors were falling directly toward Mount Targon. He knew well how deeply the dragon hated him, especially because of Pantheon. But Pantheon had already died during his battle against Aatrox—a God-Warrior driven mad by the corruption of the Watchers, becoming one of the Darkin.

Atreus could only hope that the dragon wouldn't unleash his wrath upon this world and destroy everything. He knew exactly how much Aurelion Sol despised this place.

Meanwhile, Zoe—the Aspect of Twilight—tried to return to the Celestial Realm because she had been told to check on Aurelion Sol. But her celestial magic kept failing.

"What's going on? Why isn't my spell working? Ahhh, did my space doggy get loose?" the cheerful girl said.

Mihira, the Aspect of Justice, also tried to take action, but she couldn't do anything. She attempted to send her daughter Kayle, but even Kayle was unable to move beyond Mount Targon. It seemed they were completely trapped in the world below. Mihira also tried to contact her other daughter, Morgana, but even her angels couldn't leave Mount Targon to deliver the message.

"I really hope this isn't something catastrophic…" Mihira muttered.

"Hahaha, I'm finally free!" Aurelion Sol shouted, then looked up toward the heavens with burning fury. He clearly intended to head straight there to take revenge and tear that place apart. But he shifted his gaze back for a moment.

"Thank you," he said sincerely. "Oh, I have something for you. I hope you'll accept this."

He raised his hand, and the sky lit up beautifully in the night. A box formed from the stars themselves.

"Take this. You can share it with your sisters," Aurelion Sol said as he handed it to Jill. He deliberately didn't give it to Raviel, since he felt Raviel didn't need such a thing—but out of gratitude, he wanted to offer something to the humans standing beside the goddess.

"Inside is treasure I created, containing a portion of my power. Use it if you ever need it," Aurelion Sol told them.

Jill opened the box, and inside were various pieces of jewelry, clothes, and weapons.

"Thank you," Jill said, while Excella, curious, peeked inside as well.

"Wow, Jill, that jewelry is absolutely beautiful," Excella said while touching some of the treasures. Jill didn't mind at all—after all, the box seemed to contain plenty. She could probably share it with all the girls back home later.

"Well then, I'll be going for now. Until we meet again," Aurelion Sol said, preparing to fly toward the heavens, ready to blow the place apart.

"Okay, be careful," Raviel said.

"Yes, good luck," Jill and Excella added.

"Haha, alright," Aurelion Sol replied before launching himself toward the heavens.
