Chapter 23 - chapter 23

As Izuku finished reviewing the reports, he spoke in a calm but commanding voice:

"How is the launch progress for the project satellite Truth Explorer in America?"

The woman responded in a crisp, professional tone, "It will take approximately two months to secure all necessary permissions from the American authorities to proceed with the satellite launch."

Izuku was silent for a moment, tapping his finger lightly on the armrest. Then, with a cold decisiveness, he said:

"Pay double the amount—get it done in one month."

The assistant nodded without hesitation. "Understood. I'll initiate negotiations immediately."

Izuku leaned back, eyes narrowing slightly.

America… the last region left.

Every other major corner of the Earth was already under surveillance—his satellites circling silently above, gathering data for Sync Corporation, his creation.

What had started as a personal support-tech company had grown into a multi-national technology empire. SYNC, once just a name on a blueprint, was now one of the most powerful and mysterious corporations in the world—creating AI, energy tech, biotech, hero-support systems, and now, space-based observation networks.

And still, the world had no idea that its founder and CEO…

As Izuku reviewed the reports and considered his next strategic moves, his phone vibrated once more. A message notification appeared on-screen.

From: All Might

Message: "Young Midoriya, come see me tomorrow morning."

Izuku glanced at it briefly, then typed a simple reply:

"Ok."

With that done, he opened the command interface and began issuing a few more instructions to Akari Mimo, his personal assistant and the acting coordinator of Sync Corporation's day-to-day operations.

Once that was finished, he leaned back again.

His eyes closed—not from exhaustion, but habit.

At this stage…

Sleep was no longer necessary.

Ever since his Soul Attribute surpassed 100, his body had become something beyond human. His spirit alone could sustain him indefinitely. Even if he didn't sleep for an entire year, he wouldn't feel fatigue.

And if, by rare chance, his soul did grow tired?

His Soul State would simply absorb energy from One For All, repairing his spirit and returning him to peak condition.

A self-sustaining cycle of endless growth.

Power without limit.

That night, Izuku did not rest.

He no longer needed to.

While others slept, he worked. Quietly, endlessly.

In the stillness of the night, he immersed himself in his projects. Sometimes, he'd sit at his desk for hours, sketching blueprints for advanced gadgets whenever inspiration struck—ideas that even the top hero support companies would call science fiction.

Other times, he dove deep into his medical studies, his understanding of human anatomy already at Level 10. He was far past university-level knowledge. Now, he studied with a single goal: to modify and evolve the human body to fully handle One For All's energy—permanently and without injury.

Then there was IT—Information Technology, one of his earliest mastered fields. His IT proficiency had already reached Level 12, and with it, he'd created a network system more secure than what most government agencies had. His AI, SYNC, was nearly sentient.

And Mechanics?

That was Level 11—the foundation of his technology empire.

His home reflected his evolution.

He no longer lived in a cramped apartment.

Now, his residence was a mansion, sleek and modern, hidden in a quiet location where people only appeared occasionally—private and secure. He designed it to be both a home and a facility, complete with its own training hall, medical lab, and tech development bay.

As the night deepened, Izuku moved to the training chamber.

Here, the air shimmered with residual energy, the reinforced walls etched with the marks of countless tests and impacts. Standing in the center, he activated One For All.

Lightning-like energy danced across his body.

75%.

He could now control 75% of One For All's power effortlessly.

With his soul at Level 10, and his spirit attribute exceeding 160, mastering the energy that once destroyed limbs was now simple. His spiritual control allowed him to handle the vast potential of the quirk with surgical precision.

His body, evolved through controlled cell and bone stress-recovery cycles, was now a vessel worthy of it.

Izuku launched into his movements—strikes that bent air, dashes that blurred vision, and jumps that cracked reinforced flooring. He wasn't just powerful.

He was in complete harmony with power..
