The car stopped in front of a Sichuan restaurant. Dorian Howards and Alice Conley went inside, and Alice ordered the dishes, all spicy, and then glanced at Dorian, "If you can't handle it, just order a few dishes without spice for yourself."
"It's fine, you order. Whatever you can eat, I can eat too," Dorian smiled.
Alice shrugged, finished ordering, and handed the menu to the waiter.
Before long, the dishes were served, and Alice was eating happily, beads of sweat covering her forehead. Dorian reached across the table with a tissue to wipe the sweat from Alice's forehead.
She was startled and turned her head to look at him.
He gave a slight smile, "Take it slow, no one's rushing you. If it's not enough, we can order more."
"What about you? You don't seem to have eaten much," she said, "Is it too spicy?"
"Not really," he said, taking a bite voluntarily, "I genuinely didn't know you could eat so much spicy food."
