Zhao Chun and Jin Zhi rode in a car for about three hours before arriving at the village where Jin Zhi's family lived. Ahead lay a cluster of small homes, and the two still needed to walk the rest of the way.
Jin Zhi blushed deeply and said, "This is where I used to live. It's nothing like the bustling city. Mr. Zhao, is this your first time visiting a place like this?"
Zhao Chun shook his head and glanced around, taking in the sights. "Your boss also grew up in a simple place like this. I've actually been to one before."
Jin Zhi quickly recalled that and said softly, "The boss did mention that."
Walking along the small paths of the village, they passed many villagers, all of whom greeted Jin Zhi warmly.

"I heard you got yourself a good job in the city. Your brother's betrothal money was raised all at once. How much do they pay you in the city per month? You must be doing well!"
