Ivy Miller had just settled in to sleep when the doorbell rang. The aunt went to open the door and was surprised to see Henry Sullivan had returned again. She exclaimed, "Commander, why have you come back again?"
Henry Sullivan smiled at the aunt, "Auntie, after six in the evening these days, you can go home to rest. I'll arrange a car to take you back."
The aunt was momentarily stunned before she softly asked, "Commander, are you planning to make up with Ivy?"
Henry Sullivan pressed his lips together, and the aunt gave him a thumbs-up, "It's great that you're thinking this way. Ivy has already gone to bed, so I'll head back now. You two should take some time to reconnect."
"Let's leave it for tonight; it's too late."
"No worries, it's not yet ten o'clock; the bus to my place is still running," the aunt said as she turned and left with her bag.
