He couldn't help but wonder if one day the Eruein people could reunite again. But who would accomplish all this? Would it be those northern dukes, or the helpless Princess?
Pallas thought he might never see that day; he closed his eyes, as if trying to find traces of Former King Ai Ke in his dreams.
"Lord?" The Knights around him hesitantly asked.
"Inform Madara's side." Pallas responded, fatigued, his eyes never reopening. The knight nodded and withdrew, but just at that moment, cheers suddenly erupted in the forest.
"What's happening?"
Pallas squinted over, and his Guard Knight turned to look as well. The source of the cheers was surprisingly from the camp of the Mage Corps, where those peculiar characters seemed to be celebrating something.
The Old Knight frowned in displeasure.
