After leaving Ambeser, Brand had already put the task of Elemental Enlightenment on his schedule.
Because ever since entering the Elemental Manifestation Stage, all of his experience bars were locked in grey. This status in "Amber Sword" means that players must unlock the Elemental Enlightenment task before they can further level up.
But this is just one aspect.
The real reason for his arrival here was the information obtained from Laurena. The Frost Forest Maze was extremely famous within Erune in the past games, both for the maze itself and the famous Winter Young Dragon within it.
