Alice Turner hurriedly walked out of the house without any pause, striding towards the car parked in the yard.
"Alice Turner!"
Hearing Benjamin Shaw call her name, Alice instinctively stopped and turned back to look. She saw that he, who was just sitting on the living room sofa, had already walked out of the house and was coming towards her.
Alice was eager to return to the Turner Family and didn't stand waiting for Benjamin nor did she respond to him. She just silently glanced at him and then turned her head back, continuing to walk towards her car parked nearby.
"Alice Turner! Wait a minute!"
Seeing that Alice didn't seem inclined to pay attention to him, Benjamin quickened his pace, and as he caught up, he shouted at her again.
This time, Alice didn't stop to turn her head; she only paused momentarily before directly walking towards her car.
"Aren't I talking to you?"
