After hearing Theodore Holmes' words, Fabian Holmes felt a chill run down his spine. He straightened up, walked around the front of the car, and headed toward the passenger seat where Amelia Linton was sitting.
Under the light of his car, he bent down and took a closer look at her. She was slapping her thigh and laughing uncontrollably, completely ignoring his approach.
Something was wrong, definitely wrong!
Fabian Holmes waved a hand in front of Amelia Linton's eyes, but she continued to laugh and slap her thighs, seemingly unaffected.
"Theodore! We need to take your mom to the hospital now. You take my car, and I'll drive yours." Sensing the seriousness of the situation, he made a swift decision.
"Okay."
Theodore Holmes responded, got out of the car, and entered Fabian Holmes' car. As soon as he got out, Fabian Holmes climbed into Theodore Holmes' car.
After swapping cars, they started the engines, quickly turned around, and headed back to the city.
