This was the first time Anthony called Thomas Fisher "brother-in-law," and also the first time he spoke to him so seriously and politely. His sudden change in attitude left Thomas Fisher very surprised and shocked.
Alice Turner also noticed Anthony's change. Her eyes widened even more, not out of shyness, but out of surprise and astonishment.
"I've already talked to my dad on the phone and agreed to let Alice resign. Alice, you don't have to go to the Derry Kingdom anymore."
While Alice Turner and Thomas Fisher were still in shock, Anthony spoke up again, which shocked them even more.
Alice Turner blinked her sore eyes, "When did you talk to the boss on the phone?"
She didn't know that Anthony's phone was left in Benjamin Shaw's car and thought he had actually talked to his dad.
"Just now."
