Hearing Brother Ping's laugh, Ning Wan tightened her grip and glared at him. "What are you laughing at? I'm asking you a question."
Brother Ping stopped laughing right away. In fact, he still wanted to laugh, but forced it down. Hearing Ning Wan's words, he said, "You just asked a whole bunch of questions at once. Which one am I supposed to answer?"
Ning Wan: "Answer them one by one. Are you stupid?"
Obviously he was the one being threatened, yet there wasn't a trace of fear on his face, because he could feel that Ning Wan actually didn't have much strength. She was probably starving. There was no way she could strangle him to death like this.
When Ning Wan was brought to the villa, he hadn't taken a good look at what she looked like, just glanced at her in passing and didn't see her face clearly at all. But just now when she lunged at him, Brother Ping finally saw her clearly and realized this little girl was actually quite pretty.
