Recalling all of Chi Cheng's previous actions, it was all for "revenge" against her and her mother.
An Ran turned over.
She grabbed the quilt beside her and covered herself with it, letting herself feel miserable.
Her voice trembled, "Don't."
How could he be so stubborn?
How could he... not understand his heart?
Chi Cheng still looked impeccably dressed, his dark eyes silently watching the young girl rubbing her legs against the quilt because of suppressed pain.
With a low sigh, Chi Cheng leaned over and pulled An Ran into his arms.
"I don't want to..." An Ran struggled.
"Don't move around." Chi Cheng refused to let go, burying his handsome face into her neck, taking a deep breath with a hoarse voice, "I won't touch you."
Though he said this, his hand still slipped under the quilt, touching An Ran out of sight.
"Ah..." An Ran looked at him with wide eyes in horror, like a completely terrified little rabbit, utterly at a loss.
