Nan Zhubin didn't answer Chonghui's question immediately.
His gaze shifted over Chonghui's face, computer, and the arms bulging under the jacket, then he spoke with certainty, "Shouldn't I be asking that question, senior brother? Did you pull an all-nighter?"
Clearly, Nan Zhubin hit the mark.
Chonghui didn't show any expression of weariness, but instead looked energetic, "Yesterday, you rarely opened up a new project, and everyone was very excited. The original plan needed a major revision because of it, so I thought I'd just pull an all-nighter to finish the proposal. That way, we can shut other research groups up and prevent any misunderstandings!"
Noticing Nan Zhubin's skeptical eyes, Chonghui patted his chest with a thud, "Don't worry, I got used to pulling all-nighters back in school. Anyways, I'm in good health, so I'm pushing my limits now. When the work really gets going, I might not have this much energy."
