Yang Wenwen wiped away her tears, glanced at her small leg, and then went outside to move things.
"I don't want to use tears to win your sympathy, nor do I need you to pity me out of sympathy," Yang Wenwen said to Su Changfeng.
Su Changfeng gave a bitter smile; dealing with this little girl wasn't easy, but her strong-willed nature was somewhat admirable. After all, she could easily live well just by her looks, but she seemed disdainful of that and thus worked so hard.
"Rest assured, I won't chase you away anymore. But before you report to Shangguan Sichen in the future, it's best to let me know first," Su Changfeng said.
"You're not my boss, why should I listen to you?" Yang Wenwen retorted.
"Do you have to be contrary with me? Even though I'm not your boss, if I really wanted to find a way to make you leave, it wouldn't be difficult. Want to try?" Su Changfeng said in a slightly threatening tone.
"I don't want to," Yang Wenwen quickly compromised.
