The Azure Dragon of the East, White Tiger of the West, Vermilion Bird of the South, and Black Tortoise of the North emerged.
For the first time, ordinary citizens saw the four sacred beasts ranked just below the Great Medical Immortal in the Pantheon.

Zhu Zhuqing was the uncontested White Tiger candidate, her lineage unmatched on Douluo Planet.
For Vermilion Bird, Ye Wen faced a dilemma. With phoenix-type soul beasts extinct, the closest match was fire phoenix martial souls. Among soul masters, Ma Hongjun, once qualified, had fallen due to Tang San. Thus, Ye Wen settled on Ling Yuan Douluo from the Spirit Hall, whose flame affinity fit better.
Finally, crafting a Black Tortoise proved most complex. Ye Wen created one from scratch, selecting Hai Wang Douluo, whose illusory snake soul complemented the tortoise concept. Enhanced with divine power, Hai Wang achieved perfect resonance with the Black Tortoise throne.
