Carl grabbed Spandam and threw him in front of the crew. "Hey everyone, this guy is the head of CP9. He was trying to get Robin and plot to steal all our gold. His father was also one of the main people responsible for the Ohara Incident over twenty years ago. Tell me, what should we do with him?"
Carl's hand was already on the hilt of his sword. He wanted nothing more than to just kill Spandam on the spot. But he knew that would only be him venting his own anger. They were all Robin's crewmates, so they should all decide on a suitable punishment.
As for Franky, Carl decided to leave him alone for now; there were more important things to deal with.
"What should we do with him? Is that even a question?" Zoro said, drawing one of his swords. "A guy like this should be killed with a single strike!"
Sanji lit a cigarette and shook his head. "Green algae-head, that would be too easy for him. He's done such horrible things to Robin-chan. Even though it's against my rules as a chef, I'd say he deserves to be chopped up into a million pieces."
"Hey! Both of you are so cruel!" Usopp said, getting nervous. "While he definitely deserves to die, we can't be that barbaric. Why not just leave him to me? I could use him as a target for my daily shooting practice."
You're just as scary, Usopp!
Chopper looked at Usopp without saying a word. Chopper was a doctor; his job was to save lives and heal the wounded. If he ever had to treat this Spandam guy, he'd do it with disgust. Of course, he couldn't be blamed for a little "accident" during treatment.
Luffy's shipmate, Little 3, suggested, "How about we turn him into a wax figure?"
Jango also chimed in, "Let me use my Hypnosis on him and make him kill his own father."
"Jango's idea is great!" Marie added. "I think we should live broadcast him killing his dad for the whole world to see on a large Den Den Mushi."
The more Spandam heard, the more he shivered. The Straw Hat Pirates were all demons! They lured him to Water 7, and now they wanted to torture him in countless painful ways. This crew was absolutely terrifying!
Nami had a dangerous look on her face. "Why don't we try all of your ideas? How dare this guy try to steal my gold? I'll never let him get off easy!"
Hey! Is the gold really the point?!
You're hopeless!
Everyone was speechless at Nami's priorities. In her eyes, Spandam trying to steal the Straw Hat Pirates' gold was the most unforgivable thing he had done, because she believed that the Straw Hat Pirates' gold was her own.
Tashigi sat on the side, not saying a word and not intending to. While she was a kind person, she was not naive. She knew that Spandam was a terrible person and felt sympathy for all that Robin had gone through. So, even if the crew wanted to smash him into tiny pieces, she wouldn't object.
Luffy looked at Robin. "Robin, you decide how to deal with the enemy. Whether you kill him or let him go, we'll support you!"
Hearing that, Robin slowly walked over to Spandam. Spandam finally realized the gravity of his situation. He whimpered and shook his head, trying to get away.
Just then, Franky suddenly interrupted. "Wait! Nicole Robin, Straw Hat Captain, I have something to say!"
Luffy shook his head. "Sorry, Franky, we'll talk about your stuff later. We have something important to deal with now."
"But that's what I'm talking about!" Franky quickly said. "Straw Hat Captain, this Spandam and I have a huge feud. Even though I'm not a member of your crew, please let me join in on the punishment discussion! I want to get revenge for my mentor, Tom!"
Hearing that, Luffy smiled. "Hee hee, alright! Let's do it together then!"
Franky was overjoyed. He immediately turned to Robin. "Nico Robin, before you deal with him, can you let me beat this bastard up first? I promise I won't kill him!"
Robin didn't mind. "Alright, go ahead."
Franky immediately began to rub his fists. With a horrified look in his eyes, Spandam braced for the pain. With his mouth gagged, he couldn't scream, but his eyes bulged from the pain as Franky landed a punch, breaking his left leg.
Another punch broke his right leg, and then he broke the bones in both of Spandam's hands, paralyzing him completely. The final punch landed on his face, leaving it unrecognizable.
"Phew! That feels so much better. All the anger I've had for so many years is finally out!" Franky said, looking at the beaten-up Spandam.
Carl motioned to Chopper. "Chopper, heal this guy. Once he's healed, we'll beat him up again. Then you can heal him again, and we'll beat him up again."
Are you a devil?! Not only Spandam but everyone else couldn't help but roll their eyes at Carl.
Robin stopped them. "Don't bother. He's just a small part of my revenge. It's not worth all the trouble."
As she spoke, Robin crossed her hands in front of her. Her Flower-Flower Fruit ability activated, and countless feet grew on the deck.
"Cien Fleur! Tempest Kick Storm!"
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
All the feet unleashed a torrent of slashes at Spandam. The many slashes formed a storm that lifted Spandam high into the air, continuing to tear him apart. Suddenly, a bloody rain began to fall onto the sea.
After a long time, an unrecognizable corpse fell into the water and sank completely. Robin slowly lowered her hands and sighed, feeling a huge weight lifted off her shoulders.
Seeing this, the crew smiled. Robin's move was cruel, and the end Spandam met was a terrible sight, but they were all pirates, and something like this wasn't strange to them. His death would probably save many people from suffering.
With that taken care of, it was time to talk about Franky.
Originally, Franky was a little nervous, but after dealing with Spandam, he felt much more confident.
"Straw Hat Captain, I heard you need a shipwright. I think I'm the guy for the job, so I've come to take it. When it comes to shipbuilding and repairs, I'm the best there is. I might be lacking in strength, but I won't hold you guys back. Even though I'm a pervert, please let me join the Straw Hat Pirates!"
Franky knelt down on the deck and bowed his head.
