People flinched, covering their mouths. Mothers held their children's faces to their shoulders.
Han Yu tilted his head.
"Oh? That was fast. I barely touched you. Let me try again."
He grabbed the other shoulder. Elder Bai's eyes widened in pure dread.
"No—wait—!"

The second arm went limp, hanging uselessly.
Elder Bai's breathing turned ragged and frantic. Tears mixed with sweat on his cheeks as he gasped, voice breaking.
"You… devil… w-why… what have we done…?"
Han Yu leaned down, speaking so quietly Elder Bai felt each word crawl down his spine.
"You made a mistake," Han Yu whispered."You touched something that belongs to me."
Elder Bai didn't even know what that meant, but terror swallowed whatever courage he once had.
Han Yu did not give him time to think.
