From what Han Yu had gathered, several elders were already supervising different sections of the mining operation. At best, he would be placed under one of them, perhaps as a technical advisor or assistant.
That was enough.
Han Yu did not need authority.
He needed access.
As long as he could enter the mine, observe the environment, and deploy his puppets, everything else could be managed.
The Peak Head lowered his hand.
"Those are my conditions."
Han Yu did not take even a moment to consider.
"I accept them."
His voice was steady and without hesitation.
There was no benefit in bargaining or attempting to negotiate. The conditions were already favorable. Pushing further might only invite suspicion or unnecessary complications.
The Peak Head studied him for a moment longer.
Then he gave a slight nod.
"Good."
"You may begin preparing your prototype. But do not neglect your cultivation."
His tone sharpened slightly at the last sentence.
