"Explain?"
Kiara looked down at Harrison with cold disdain.
"The evidence is right in front of us.
What's there to explain?"
She glanced at the person hidden behind Harrison, her tone cutting like a knife.
"Are you seriously going to claim that someone drugged you both, stripped you naked, and tossed you into bed together?"
Harrison had always been a thorn in Nolan's side, which already made her dislike him.
And then there was that woman she despised.
The two of them together? Perfect.
Just perfect.
Harrison caught the biting sarcasm in Kiara's words, his temple twitching in irritation.
"That *is* what happened," he insisted, but his words faltered as his gaze landed on Juliet, who had just walked in.
His face darkened further.
"Juliet, you have to believe me—I was set up!"
"Set up by *who*? And *how*?"
Juliet's eyes were red-rimmed, her voice trembling as she stared at Harrison.
"You owe me an explanation before I can even think about believing you."
