After reviewing the footage repeatedly and finding nothing new, they finally had to stop.
Tristan leaned back in his chair, irritation clear on his face. "The CCTV camera seems to be broken."
"Quite a coincidence," Melisa interjected .
She really should have known better. After all, she had already caught a glimpse of that familiar back in this very place.
If only they arrived early,then maybe...
"What are you hinting at?" Tristan snapped, turning toward her with an unfriendly glare.
Melisa didn't bother responding.
Leonard, however, stood up. "Someone interfered."
His tone left no room for argument.
"Deal with your mess yourself," Leonard added coolly. Then he turned toward Melisa, his expression softening slightly. "Let's go."

Leonard parked the car while Melisa headed inside first.
