Lilith's POV
My deep slumber was disturbed by my dearest friend, Cheryl, who was pacing around the tiny room, trying to wake me up.
''Get up, we are late to college!''
I groaned, ''It's just a five-minute walk from here anyway,''
I could hear her sigh as if she had given up on me, ''We are not at the dorm, Cherry, we are at Seb's place.''
That is finally when yesterday's events slowly registered in my head, ''Oh shit! Let's go, let's go!''
Fortunately, Cheryl's brother had extra pairs of toothbrushes, and he also made coffee and pancakes for us, which was surprising considering how he usually behaved. Maybe the love he had for his sister surpassed everything else.
While we were having breakfast, Cheryl looked a little uncomfortable, side-eyeing the man in front of me. I whispered to her, ''What is with the mood?''
She shook her head as she slightly nudged her elbow, pushing me away; even Sebastian was unusually quiet. By this time, he usually threw 4-5 snarky remarks at me.
