Uchiha Dali was in the middle of absorbing Vegito's energy.
Whis and the others had only just arrived.

Zeno had once commanded that the Gods of Destruction could not use instantaneous movement to reach his realm.
They could only fly normally.
Supreme Kais weren't bound by this, and even the Grand Priest couldn't override the rule without help from the other angels.
Back in Universe Seven, the eleven angels and eleven Gods of Destruction were still pouring everything they had into suppressing Uchiha Dali.
Suddenly they heard the Grand Priest's voice echo through their minds.
Their spirits soared.
The Grand Priest's intervention meant salvation.
As for Uchiha Dali—his time was almost up.
Because Zeno was about to act personally.

His expression darkened.
