"This is it; I cannot hold it in any longer." Matt burst out of the RV as Levi pulled it to a stop. With the tangled branches and lush green leaves, the backdrop of the forest looked beautiful, or it should have looked beautiful, but with the weather turning colder and darker, the entire setting looked rather ominous.
Maybe it is just my perspective, thought Inez. Something within her kept telling her that they needed to keep moving without stopping, but she couldn't stop others from
"Is something the matter?" Selene asked. Her voice trickled softly like the gentle trickle of the rain. The entire RV was silent; it seemed like even though they didn't take Inez seriously, the pack members still sensed the danger lurking in the shadows.
Inez shook her head even though her neck was continuously prickling. "It seems like everything is fine."
But it doesn't seem like anything was fine.
