"HUH, where am I? What's going on?" he asked while holding his throbbing head and looking around a wooden room.
He woke up in a wooden cabin. In the cabin there was a full-sized bed and a small dresser. It didn't have a lot of items because it seemed to be a guest room. Then he was struck with a severe headache and slowly he was hit with a lot of information.
He started to remember that he was a man, who reincarnated to become Izuna Uchiha. He is the grandson of Madara and the adopted grandson of Hashirama. He is currently on the Grand Line on the ancestral Senju island base.
Ever since Hashirama and Madara entered the Rocks crew, they were as thick as thieves. They fought off the Marines on several occasions as cadres in the Rocks Pirates. The Senju and Uchiha clans have remained close since they worked together to fight off an Admiral and two Vice Admirals. Madara and Hashirama made a heart oath to never turn their backs on each other. Their families will always take care of each other and they would always fight together in peril.
Many years later, The World Government was able to find the location of the Uchiha base due to an undercover spy. The Uchiha clan was attacked and pushed to the brink of extinction by the Marines. The World Government wanted to get rid of them due to their influence and power. They were ambushed in their homes by CP0 and the three admirals. Many men, women, and children were massacred on that day. They ended their assault with a Buster Call on the ancestral Uchiha island base. It will forever be known as the Red-Eyed Extinction.
The Senju clan tried their best to help them, but they found out too late. The Senju clan arrived after the island was a pile of smoldering ash. They couldn't even find bodies to bury to honor their fallen brethren. They solemnly made a vow to find any Uchiha left and help them get revenge if they ever produced a strong heir. There were a few Uchiha living amongst the Senju during this time and unfortunately there were some Senju on the Uchiha's island during the attack.
Among the survivors, there was Izuna Uchiha, a few young babies and toddlers accompanied by their mothers, and a few elderly folk. He was an only child since his parents had a hard time getting pregnant. As the last living man and grandson of Madara, he was the only one left in charge as de facto Clan head. He wasn't there at the time of the attack due to him visiting Moriko Senju, the son of Hashirama and his father's best friend.

He has known Uncle Moriko since childhood and he would always hang out with Kisuke Senju, Moriko's oldest son and the smartest of his children, Tsunade Senju, Moriko's oldest daughter and strongest of his children, Asagi Senju, his second oldest child and the second smartest pursuing Kisuke's intelligence, Asia Senju, the kindest of his children, Nawaki Senju, the youngest son and always pursuing to be as strong as Tsunade, and Amane Senju, the youngest child and the princess of the family.
He would regularly visit and it seemed like any other day until they received the news that day. Finding out that his parents and most of his clan were wiped out, shocked him and he fainted on the spot. This is where the story picks up, he awakens with all of this knowledge as well as how to be a captain, a sailor, a cook, how to use his Uchiha bloodline, how to fight, etc. All information that a clan head's son born in the Uchiha pirate clan should know.

There are also many things you can do with this system, but it requires that you level up the system and strengthen yourself and the system. You can complete missions that will give system points that can be traded for skills, bloodlines, summons, and items in the System Shop. Constitution determines endurance, health, and how well a character can withstand damage, poisons, etc. Health is a subsection, which indicates the amount of life force in numeration.
