She took out the photo album in her hand and said, "Look at this child, doesn't he look like you?" Julissa looked over.
What Mrs. Yan had brought out was a picture of Julissa's childhood.
It was more than twenty years ago when the picture was taken; the resolution wasn't as high as it Is now.
But because the photo had been kept in mint condition, the outlines of her facial features
were very clear.
Julissa took a glance and said, "It does look a bit like me."
Mrs. Yan laughed and said,"Indeed, you've changed a bit as you grew up, but the characteristics of your facial features are still the same."
Julissa glanced slightly to the side, "Is this me when I was little?"
Mrs. Yan didn't respond, but instead continued to hold the photo up for Julissa to see.
"This is you on your first trip to the amusement park. You were smiling so happily. Your favorite thing back then was the merry-go-round. You would smile so happily every time you went."
