-------------------------------------------------

A few days passed...

Back to U.A

Life resumed at U.A. High School.

Class 1-A returned to their classrooms.

Bandages still visible.

Energy… slightly dimmed.

But their eyes—Sharper. More aware.

The Hosu incident had carved something into them.

Lessons no textbook could teach.

Midoriya sat quietly, scribbling notes faster than ever.

Iida stood straighter than before—disciplined not just in posture, but in purpose.

Todoroki remained calm, but his gaze lingered longer on things now… as if weighing them.

Yet—One presence was missing.

Rudra.

Word spread quickly among staff.

"Emergency leave."

"Personal matter."

"Will return soon."

But those who knew him—Knew this wasn't something small.

Far from U.A…

Rudra stood alone in a quiet space.

A faint glow flickered before his eyes.

The system interface. A message pulsed.

[URGENT TASK INITIATED]

[Objective: Protect Guru Arvind

Threat Level: High

Reward: 1500 Hope Points.]

Rudra's eyes narrowed.

'1500…'

That wasn't a normal mission. That was a warning.

'This isn't a threat… This is a crisis.'

Guru Arvind.

The man who had guided him.

The one who had entrusted him with knowledge.

And—Secrets. Old ones. Dangerous ones.

Rudra exhaled slowly.

-Sigh!

"...."

No hesitation. No delay.

He turned.

"Junoo."

From behind, a familiar voice responded playfully.

"Already knew you'd call."

Junoo stepped forward, illusion energy flickering faintly around her.

"And let me guess… this isn't a simple trip."

Rudra shook his head.

"Not even close."

Soft footsteps followed.

Amirtha approached calmly. Her presence steady as always.

"Is it true what you messaged?"

She looked at Rudra who was silent.

"…we're leaving, aren't we?"

Rudra nodded seriously.

-Nod!

"Yes."

The air around them began to distort.

Red cubes formed.

Not as armor. Not as weapons.

But as a gateway.

Energy folded inward. Reality bent.

The space between worlds thinned.

Junoo whistled softly seeing it.

-Whistle!

"Every time we do this… it still feels insane."

Amirtha smiled faintly.

"What can we expect."

Rudra stepped forward.

His voice calm. But firm.

"This mission isn't just protection. It's prevention."

His eyes hardened.

"If someone is targeting Guru Arvind… they're after something big."

Junoo cracked her neck.

"Then let's make sure they regret it."

Departure

The portal opened fully.

A swirling passage of energy and light.

Leading to—Another world.

The Brahmastra world.

Rudra stepped in first.

Junoo followed closly behind him.

Amirtha entered last.

And just like that—They vanished.

The forest of Ooty stood still.

Ancient. Breathing.

Alive in a way the modern world could never understand.

Then—Reality cracked.

A thin fracture split the air itself.

Light bled through it.

And with a sharp ripple—A portal opened.

From it stepped Rudra. Followed by Junoo.

And Amirtha.

The moment their feet touched the forest floor—The air felt different.

Heavier. Richer.

Filled with something primal.

Junoo stretched her arms slightly.

"…ah. Now this feels like home."

Amirtha closed her eyes briefly.

"…the energy here is stronger."

Rudra didn't respond. His focus had already shifted.

"...."

He pulled out his mobile.

Unlike the other world—It worked here.

He dialed immediately.

One ring. Two—The call connected.

A voice answered.

"…hello?"

Rudra's eyes sharpened.

"Parul?"

On the other end, a pause.

Then relief flooded her voice.

"Rudra?!"

A breath. A long one.

-Sigh!

"…thank god."

Something in her tone—Was wrong.

Rudra didn't waste time.

"What happened?"

Silence.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Then—

"The Gurukul… was attacked."

Junoo's expression dropped.

Amirtha's eyes widened slightly.

"...."

"...."

Rudra stood still.

"…status."

Parul's voice trembled slightly.

"Guru Arvind… he's injured. Badly."

For a fraction of a second—Rudra froze.

Not visibly. Not dramatically.

Just—A pause.

Then his voice came out colder.

"…is he alive?"

"Yes. Barely stable."

Rudra's eyes darkened.

"Location."

"We're still at the Gurukul."

That was enough. He ended the call instantly.

Red cubes surged around him.

Faster this time. Sharper. Urgent.

They didn't swirl. They snapped.

Forming a portal instantly.

A direct link.

Straight to the Gurukul.

Junoo smirked slightly.

-Smirk!

"…no scenic route this time, huh?"

Rudra stepped forward.

"…no time."

He entered first. Without hesitation.

Junoo followed.

Amirtha stepped in last.

Her expression calm—But her eyes serious.

"…they made a mistake."

The portal tore open right before the ancient gates of the Gurukul.

A ripple of energy spread across the courtyard.

Then—Rudra stepped out.

Behind him, Amirtha followed with calm urgency.

And beside her, Junoo—now clearly visible in this world's light—adjusted her stance, eyes scanning everything with sharp awareness.

The atmosphere was tense.

Students moved quietly.

Healers rushed back and forth.

The usual serenity of the Gurukul—Gone.

Broken.

Nearby, two figures turned at the sudden appearance.

Mohan Bhargav and Anish Shetty.

They had been speaking in hushed tones.

But the moment they saw Rudra—Relief washed over their faces.

"Rudra!"

Mohan stepped forward quickly.

"You're here."

Anish nodded stepping forward to greet them.

"…good timing."

Junoo crossed her arms lightly.

"Judging by the mood… we're late."

Mohan shook his head.

"No. …you came when it mattered."

Rudra didn't waste a second.

"Where is he?"

Anish gestured immediately.

"This way."

They moved fast. Through corridors.

Past anxious students. Past healers working tirelessly.

The tension thickened with every step.

Inside the Chamber...

The doors opened.

Inside—A circle of healers surrounded a bed.

Energy pulsed softly from their hands.

But it wasn't enough.

Lying there—Was Guru Arvind.

Pale. Still. Wounded deeply.

Even with healing astras at work—The injuries were resisting.

Slow. Stubborn. Dangerous.

The room fell silent as Rudra entered.

"...."

"...."

"...."

The healers paused instinctively.

Recognizing him. Respecting him.

But also—Hoping.

Rudra walked straight to the bedside.

His gaze scanned the wounds once.

That was all he needed.

"…move."

The healers stepped aside immediately.

Rudra reached into his system storage.

A faint glow appeared in his hand.

A single leaf. Bright. Radiating life itself.

A Sanjeevani leaf.

Junoo raised an eyebrow.

"…its the same leaf which treated Sandeep right?"

Amirtha smiled faintly.

"…of course it is."

Rudra gently placed the leaf into Guru Arvind's mouth.

For a brief second—Nothing happened.

Then—The leaf dissolved.

Turning into glowing green particles.

They flowed into his body. Like light entering veins.

The effect was immediate.

Visible. Undeniable.

The wounds—Closed. Slowly at first.

Then rapidly. The dark bruising faded.

Color returned to his skin. His breathing steadied.

The entire room felt it.

"...."

"...."

"...."

That shift. From danger—To recovery.

Mohan exhaled deeply.

-Sigh!

"…he's stabilizing."

Anish nodded relief visible on his face.

-Nod

"…that's not normal healing."

Junoo smirked hearing them trying to lighten the heavy atmosphere.

-Smirk!

"Yeah, well… Rudra doesn't do 'normal.'"

Rudra sat beside the bed.

"...."

Quiet. Watching. Waiting.

Not celebrating. Not relaxing.

Because this wasn't over. Not even close.

He looked at Guru Arvind. Then at the others.

"…this wasn't random."

His voice was calm. But heavy.

"Someone knew. Someone targeted him."

Junoo's expression sharpened.

"…for what he guards do any body knew what it was..."

Amirtha's gaze turned serious.

"…then they'll come again. If they were not succeeded in getting what ever they were after."

The chamber had finally calmed.

The frantic energy of healing had faded into a quiet, watchful stillness.

Soft light filtered through the windows.

The air—no longer heavy with fear.

On the bed, Guru Arvind stirred.

A faint breath.

Then—His eyes opened. Slowly.

"...."

"Guruji!"

Mohan Bhargav stepped forward immediately.

Relief flooded his face.

Anish Shetty exhaled.

"…he's awake."

Beside the bed, Rudra leaned slightly forward.

"Take it easy."

Amirtha smiled softly.

"You're safe now."

Junoo folded her arms.

"…barely."

Guru Arvind's eyes moved slowly across the room.

"...."

Taking in each face.

Rudra. Amirtha. Junoo. Mohan. Anish.

Then—His gaze sharpened.

"…you already know."

Rudra didn't pretend otherwise.

"…someone targeted you."

A pause.

"…why?"

For a moment—Silence.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Then Guru Arvind spoke. And the room changed.

"…the Nine Scriptures."

Everyone stilled in confusion.

Junoo frowned hearing it.

-Frown!

"…that doesn't sound good. What is it?"

Rudra's eyes narrowed.

"…explain Guruji."

Guru Arvind slowly sat up, supported by the bed.

His voice was calm—But carried weight.

"Centuries ago …during the reign of Emperor Ashoka… He commissioned the creation of nine sacred scriptures."

The room grew quiet.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Listening.

"These were not ordinary texts. They contained knowledge …too dangerous for the world."

Guru Arvind continued.

"Each scripture holds a domain of forbidden knowledge. Power that could reshape civilization. Or destroy it."

Junoo muttered softly.

"…yeah, definitely not good."

Amirtha's expression turned serious.

"…what kind of knowledge?"

Guru Arvind answered without hesitation.

"Creation. Destruction. Mind. Life. Time. Energy. Gravity. Illusion. And… something beyond all of them."

Even Rudra remained silent.

"...."

Guru Arvind's gaze hardened.

"To prevent misuse… Each scripture was entrusted to a guardian. One protector for each text."

Hidden. Scattered.

Unknown to the world.

"…I am one of them."

The words landed heavily. Rudra spoke quietly.

"…which one do you guard?"

A pause.

Then—

"The scripture of …Life."

Amirtha's eyes widened slightly.

Junoo whistled feeling the weight behind his words.

-Whsitle!

"…of course you do."
