"Don't be impatient, the dishes aren't even served yet, you can't eat anything right now."
Anka pursed her lips: "Alright, then I'll wait patiently for a bit."
Amado saw this and smiled, then went out to urge the server to bring the dishes quickly.
As it turned out, Amado's urging was quite effective.
In less than two minutes, a pile of dishes was brought out by the server.
They filled half the table, and this was a large private room capable of seating over ten people.
For only two people, half a table of dishes was already an enormous amount.
"Alright, all the dishes are served. See what you'd like to eat and put it in yourself."
Even if she hadn't eaten pork, she'd certainly seen a pig run, so Anka selected some of her favorite dishes and put them into the hotpot to cook.
Her side was the spicy pot, which perfectly suited her taste.
Amado's side was the clear broth, and judging by his beaming face, he didn't seem to have any complaints.
"Oh, by the way, Amado, I can call you that, right?"
Hearing Anka drop the honorific "sama" made Amado quite happy; it signified that they had grown closer.
"Of course, I've never really liked the honorific 'sama'. We're all equals, so just addressing each other by name is fine."
Anka smiled at this. "That's good. Do you often eat out?"
"Of course not. I don't particularly like crowded places. Usually, I just eat out with my Big Brother and the others. With all the New Year's festivities and entertaining guests recently, it's been a long time since I've eaten out."
"I see. Alright."
Afterward, the two chatted about various mundane things in life, and both seemed quite happy.
About five or six minutes later, the hotpot dishes were mostly cooked.
It was Anka's first time eating it, so she wasn't very skilled at preparing the dipping sauce; naturally, Amado helped her.
"Mmm, it's really good! I thought it would just taste like plain boiled vegetables."
Amado smiled and waved his hand. "How could it be? If it were just boiled vegetables, would everyone like eating it so much?"
Anka thought about it and realized he was right, surprised that she had a moment of such ignorance.
She playfully stuck out her tongue, a little embarrassed, then continued to eat the hotpot.
Amado was exceptionally happy today. He had originally planned to go for a stroll and then head directly to the Senju Clan land.
He hadn't expected to run into Anka on the way and end up eating hotpot with her.
They truly had a fated connection.
Just then, Amado's phone rang.
"Hello, Big Brother, what's up?"
Torifu heard Amado's words and immediately said, "What's up? Didn't we agree to eat dinner together at the Senju Clan land? Where are you?"
By now, everyone had arrived at Hashirama's home, ready to eat, but Amado was the only one missing.
Torifu didn't want to keep everyone waiting too long, so he had to call and hurry him.
Amado glanced at Anka, and seeing that she hadn't heard, he whispered, "Big Brother, help me come up with an excuse. I ran into Miss Anka on the way and I'm eating dinner with her."
Torifu paused for a moment after hearing this. What did he mean? Eating out with someone else? Even if you were eating with the King of Heaven himself, that wouldn't do!
Wait, it seemed he was eating with Anka? Then it was fine.
Torifu recovered his composure and immediately smiled. "Alright, alright, so you're pulling this stunt on me, huh? Never mind, just enjoy your meal, but when you get back, you absolutely must give me an explanation!"
Then he immediately hung up the phone.
"What's going on? Why isn't Amado here yet?" Naori asked. Dinner was about to start, so why hadn't he arrived?
Torifu waved his hand. "No need to wait for him. He ran into Anka on the way and they went to eat together."
Everyone in the room was sharp as a tack, and upon hearing Torifu's words, they immediately understood.
Hashirama also slapped his thigh and laughed heartily. "That Amado, he usually seems as dull as wood, but who would've thought he'd finally gotten a clue?"
Torifu shook his head repeatedly at this. "Master, you have no idea how many times I've played matchmaker for them. I'm finally seeing a glimmer of hope!"
Torifu was also quite relaxed at this point. If Amado and Anka could truly become a couple, Torifu would instantly resolve two troublesome matters.
As Torifu's excellent subordinate, Anka's emotional well-being was naturally important to him.
Now, he could kill two birds with one stone.
Tobirama also chuckled. "Alright, you don't have to worry now. If someone with Amado's intellect were to have children, their offspring would surely have limitless potential."
And truly, with Amado's genius mind combined with Anka's diligent and focused personality, their children's future would undoubtedly be bright.
But thinking about these things now seemed too early. "Tobirama-sama, let's not speak too soon. After all, how the two of them ultimately turn out, we'll only know after they've spent time together."
Currently, Amado and Anka could only be said to be in the stage of getting to know each other.
After understanding each other's true living situations, whether they could accept them was another matter entirely.
However, Torifu sincerely hoped that the two of them would settle down steadily.
Everyone in the room understood this as well, so they had no intention of spreading the news, temporarily keeping it all to themselves.
They would only discuss it once the relationship was truly confirmed.
"Amado doesn't have to worry for now, but Nawaki, you need to hurry up too! Find a suitable wife quickly and start a family, then I can confidently entrust the Senju Clan to you."
Nawaki knew that once this topic came up, there was no escaping it.
He sat on the sofa with a resigned look. "I know, I know, Grandpa, I'll keep it in mind."
Seeing Nawaki's listless demeanor, Hashirama sighed. His desire for great-grandchildren reached its peak at that moment.
It was one thing that his main 'account' hadn't been well-developed, but it was quite upsetting that the two 'sub-accounts' created by his main, for which he was asked to power-level, hadn't been well-developed either.
After playing for a lifetime, only one account he helped a friend level had become the top player on the server. While Hashirama was happy about it, he still felt a sense of dissatisfaction.
If he had great-grandchildren, perhaps he would get another chance to 'level up an account'!
This time, he would avoid all the mistakes he had made before and educate them in the most correct way.
He truly wouldn't believe it; it was impossible to 'blow up' the account every single time, right?
"Anyway, Nawaki, you really must prioritize this matter. You're truly not young anymore..." Hashirama chattered on and on.
It truly had that familiar nagging tone of an elderly person pushing for marriage.
Nawaki tried his best to ignore it, but he still couldn't resist his Grandpa's 'earnest admonishments.'
Annoyed, Nawaki directly yelled, "Grandpa, I have no plans to date anyone right now. I just got home, please let me rest properly for a while!"
