Naori looked down at the Uchiha Clan territory in disbelief.
This was the outermost edge of Konoha. How could a major clan like the Uchiha be located here?
"Let's go in and take a look."
Torifu's Concealment Jutsu covered Naori, and the two of them would be completely undetected.
At the clan territory gate, several Uchiha clan members stood guard. Unlike Naori's home, there were absolutely no other homes surrounding the Uchiha clan territory here.
They had been completely and thoroughly isolated, and no one was walking on this street.
It was eerily quiet.
"How could this be?" Naori frowned slightly. Even if the Uchiha Naori of this world had died, the Uchiha Clan shouldn't be like this.
Torifu understood the full story. "You should remember Tobirama-sama mentioning one thing, which was giving the Uchiha Clan charge of the Konoha Military Police Force."
At Torifu's prompting, Naori suddenly remembered. She had strongly opposed it at the time because it would cause the Uchiha Clan to be feared and despised by the villagers.
'Could that have still happened in this world? But why did no one speak up to dissuade it?'
The Uchiha Clan's name was very famous in the village, but not in a positive way.
Although they had outstanding military achievements, members of the Uchiha Clan were extremely arrogant. Whether during their schooling years or as Ninja, Uchiha members would always show various forms of contempt.
While not all Uchiha were like this, the majority of the clan members were overshadowed by the minority.
The Uchiha Clan's reputation plummeted. Although they remained powerful and famous for their achievements in battle, they lacked public support and were therefore isolated in the village.
Handing the authority of the Military Police Force to the Uchiha made the Uchiha themselves ecstatic.
Other clans were unwilling to offend them, and ordinary Ninja wouldn't dare oppose such a decision.
Naturally, this slowly accumulated, leading to the current result.
They had been driven from a prominent clan in the central area all the way to the outskirts of Konoha.
The euphemistic excuse was to guard the prison, but in reality, it was complete and utter isolation.
Since the village set this example, the villagers' disdain was naturally even more severe.
"Oh, why did Tobirama-sama do that?"
Torifu patted Naori. "This is a parallel world, not our world. Tobirama-sama canceled that idea directly after listening to our suggestion, didn't he?"
Naori realized she had spoken carelessly, but the sight before her truly stirred her emotions.
Her biggest fear was the decline or isolation of the Uchiha Clan one day.
Now, she was witnessing the very thing she feared most, and the feeling was difficult to bear.
Then, a small boy walked out of a house, followed by a woman holding a baby in her arms.
"Itachi, slow down."
"Is that... Mikoto?" Naori was a little surprised. She remembered Mikoto hadn't given birth yet.
But Mikoto's figure was well-proportioned, and she was holding a baby, clearly having given birth some time ago.
"The flow of time must be different. Then, by that logic, Kushina should be close to giving birth too."
Naori heard this and looked at Torifu. "Is Kushina in Konoha in this world?"
Torifu spread his hands. "Who knows? I just said it casually. Kushina and Mikoto's due dates are only about a month apart, so it works out to be around these few days, which is why I mentioned it."
Oh well, Naori had thought the Kushina of this world was also in Konoha. Upon reflection, that seemed unlikely.
In that case, Minato wouldn't be in the village either, since without Torifu, Minato probably wouldn't have been brought to Konoha.
Naori stood there, carefully analyzing the situation, believing her thoughts were correct.
"Itachi, what's the rush? I even made plans to go shopping with Kushina!"
The last sentence Mikoto spoke before Itachi pulled her away shattered all of Naori's analysis.
"Did you hear that, Torifu! Kushina is in Konoha in this world too!"
Naori was incredibly excited, but Torifu couldn't get excited at all. In his view, wasn't this normal procedure? If Kushina wasn't in Konoha, where would she be? Uzushiogakure had been destroyed long ago.
But to respond to Naori, Torifu still spoke with an excited expression. "You're right! Kushina is in the village too! That's great news."
Even though the other party didn't know Naori, it didn't stop Naori from being happy.
"Come on, let's go see her."
Torifu nodded, then lifted Naori into the air. Indeed, being Six Paths level was great. They had flown around Konoha for so long, and no one had noticed them.
Torifu followed his memory to the small house of the Minato couple.
Through the window, they could see Kushina learning to cook, her big belly making movement a bit inconvenient.
Torifu felt that Minato should see this scene, so he instantly moved out of Konoha, used Crystal Release to grab both Yahiko and Minato, and applied the Concealment Jutsu over them.
Before the two could even react, they had arrived in Konoha.
"Big Brother, did you find something?" Minato asked in confusion.
Yahiko was also quite confused. Why were they suddenly grabbed? He thought they had been discovered, and his heart was pounding.
Torifu pointed to the window.
Minato followed the direction and stared, stunned for a moment. "That's… Kushina? Why is she in Konoha? And she's pregnant?"
He keenly noticed a photo on the coffee table. It was a group photo of Namikaze Minato, Hatake Kakashi, Uchiha Obito, and Nohara Rin.
This made him feel as though he had returned to his own Konoha. How was this so similar to his home?
"Kushina's husband is still me? But without Big Brother, how did I end up in Konoha?"
Torifu remained silent. If he revealed spoilers, it would lose all its fun. It was much more interesting for them to discover things one by one.
Kushina was home today, which indicated she wasn't in labor yet, so the Nine-Tails Rampage shouldn't be tonight.
"Then who is the Hokage of Konoha?" Minato asked.
Torifu pointed to the Hokage Rock. "Isn't it obvious? It's still you, Namikaze Minato."
Minato smiled at the sight. "I didn't expect the me of this world to still gain the villagers' recognition. Then who is the Third Hokage?"
Minato looked closely and found the face somewhat familiar, but since he didn't interact with him much, he couldn't immediately recall.
"That is Hiruzen. He is the Third Hokage of Konoha."
