On this day, everyone on Douluo Star felt an ominous premonition. Instinctively, they looked up at the sky. The sun was still shining brightly, yet an inexplicable chill ran through their bodies. They knew the Abyss had finally arrived!
How could one describe this battle? The entire world was bathed in a bloody red and ashen gray hue. Time and space twisted, chaos and order intertwined, destruction and restoration merged and diverged. Each person had their own battle to fight. King against king, general against general.
"I'm just stepping out for a bit; I'll be back soon!" Ye Cheng said casually to his wives, as if he were merely going on a stroll, before flying straight toward the vast, deep black hole in the sky. None of the surrounding demons tried to stop him, as if they didn't even acknowledge his existence.
Ye Cheng's opponent was none other than the true ruler of the Abyss the Supreme Sovereign himself! Their battle alone would determine the final outcome of this war. No matter how intense the battles below, they could not alter the final result.
Qian Renxue, Silver Dragon King, Zhu Zhuqing, Ice Emperor, Snow Emperor, and the others stood silently. But when they saw Ye Cheng about to step into the black hole, they could no longer hold back and suddenly appeared behind him.
"What are you all doing here?" Ye Cheng sighed, slightly exasperated. In the end, he relented, saying, "I really can't do anything about you all. If you want to follow, then come along."
Hearing his words, the women all smiled.
If Ye Cheng won, then all would be well. But if he lost, then all of their struggles would have been for nothing.
It was ironic. They had spent so much effort training, pushing their strength to levels once unimaginable, only to realize that their power still couldn't decide the fate of this war. Everything rested on him alone.

In the far distance, a blood colored throne stood alone.
Exchanging glances, they slowly approached.
As they drew closer, they saw someone sitting upon the throne. Someone they all knew well.
Finally, they stopped just ten meters away.
With black hair and black eyes, an air of elegance and refinement, the man sitting on the throne smiled gently at them. There was no hostility in his expression.
"You've come," he said with a soft smile.
"I have," Ye Cheng replied.
The two identical men gazed at each other. After a moment, the one on the throne spoke first.
"Your power is nearly on par with mine now."
"But if you think that means you can defeat me, you are gravely mistaken." The Abyss Sovereign fixed his gaze on Ye Cheng and spoke slowly, "I will give you one chance. If you can bear the darkness within me, then I will hand everything over to you."
As he finished speaking, the Abyss Sovereign vanished, leaving only the blood stained throne behind.
Ye Cheng stared at the throne, then, step by step, walked toward it.
Some of the women wanted to stop him, but in the end, they did nothing, only watching anxiously as he slowly sat upon the throne.
In that instant, the surrounding darkness surged toward him.
Before the women could react, everything went black.
The next moment, they found themselves back on Douluo Star.
"Will he succeed?" Ice Emperor asked, unable to suppress her worry.
"Believe in him," Qian Renxue simply replied. The others remained silent.
At that moment, the Abyssal invasion seemed to come to a halt.
It was as if something had gone wrong within the Abyss.
The endless horde of demons no longer endless.
Time stretched infinitely.
Everyone gazed anxiously at the deep black hole in the sky, waiting for the final judgment of fate.
Then
"HUMMMM!"
Ripples spread through the void.
The entire world trembled under the cascading waves of power.
At that moment, everyone regardless of their strength, even those at the level of Creation Gods lost consciousness, powerless before this supreme force.

When people regained awareness, they found that everything was just like a dream.

Ye Cheng lived there peacefully with his wives and children, watching the world unfold in its endless cycles of prosperity and change.
Having fully fused with the persona of the Abyss Sovereign, he had reached the peak of the universe itself. The entire cosmos was now nothing more than a toy in his hands.
At this point, there was no way to further increase his power. The Douluo world had already reached its highest level the Abyss Sovereign's realm. Even if he were to create multiple beings like the Abyss Sovereign and then merge with them, it would not make him any stronger.
If he wished to go beyond, he would have to leave this universe and explore even higher realms.
For now, though, he wasn't in a hurry to leave.
There were still plenty of things to do in this world.
For example, visiting the other three parallel universes Douluo Three, Four, and Five.
In the timelines of Douluo One and Two, the Dragon God was merely a lower god who ascended. But in Douluo Three, Four, and Five, the Dragon God became the ruler of the so called Dragon God Realm, and even the Divine Realm was supposedly a remnant of its shattered domain.
If the original novels had been written this way, the storyline would have been a mess. But if reality itself was so contradictory, then there had to be a reason behind it.

The truth was, Douluo One through Five weren't a single linear world they were five separate parallel universes, similar yet different.
Ye Cheng decided that, when he had time, he would take his wives on a trip to those other timelines.
