Huo Shaohua didn't have time to change his shoes and casually tossed his coat aside.
He squatted down and waited for his darling daughter to walk over. He was so worried she'd fall that he wanted to go over and pick her up, not letting her walk on her own.
But that wouldn't do; Tianxin had to learn to walk by herself sooner or later.
So he endured the long wait, watching as his daughter took one step after another towards him.
"Daddy~" Tianxin called out happily, reaching her hands out for her father to hold her.
"One more step!" Huo Shaohua stretched his hand out, encouraging his daughter to come over.
"Daddy~" Tianxin quickened her pace eagerly, almost falling when her father caught her.
"Great job! Daddy's precious girl~" Huo Shaohua gave his daughter's little face a big kiss.
"Daddy, great!" Tianxin hugged her father's neck and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
Huo Shaohua picked up his daughter and gave her another happy kiss on the cheek, "Where's Mommy?"
