"So that's how it is. It seems Prime Minister Leiyan has finally made up his mind," Bensaban laughed after finishing the letter.
"I will have to trouble you with the deployment and movement of personnel. Father has promised to give you a satisfactory reward once the matter succeeds in the future."
"Heh, given our relationship as old acquaintances for many years, there's no need to mention that. It's just that President Lion happened to leave for the Taru Kingdom, so it seems he won't make it in time for the excitement," Bensaban tossed the letter into the fireplace to burn, shaking his head helplessly.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, bring out the food," Shenglun smiled at the bartender, savoring his breakfast in a corner of the bar.
At this moment, two female warriors dressed in tight armor pushed open the door and walked in. The tight-fitting armor failed to conceal their luscious curves, and their long brown and purple hair accentuated their alluring presence, drawing the gazes of many inside the bar.
"Two cups of Mulan wine." After ordering their drinks, the two sat at the counter, seemingly asking the bartender for some intelligence.
Shenglun, on the other hand, was quite interested in these two, his eyes glancing at them from time to time.
"Young Master Shenglun!" A squad of cavalrymen entered the room and quickly discovered Shenglun sitting in the corner.
"Why are you guys here?"
"It was the Master's order that we must follow to protect you, just in case of any unexpected trouble," Gutie, the captain of the Shali family's knights, replied respectfully.
"Sigh, that old man always does things that blow my cover," Shenglun shook his head helplessly. "Since you're already here, sit down first and wait until I finish eating. Waiter! Five cups of Mulan wine!" Shenglun called out.
Because of the cavalry's arrival, Shenglun instead became the center of attention for the two female warriors, who occasionally cast glances over. Realizing that his identity had been exposed, Shenglun hurriedly finished his breakfast and left the guild.
"Where will Young Master Shenglun head to next?" Gutie asked. After Shenglun whispered a few words into his ear, the group parted ways at the intersection.
Shenglun continued to walk alone through the city, deliberately leaving the royal capital for the outskirts. Enjoying the scenery in the dense forest, Shenglun noticed strange movements in the surrounding bushes.
"Come on out, I know you're trailing me."
"Looks like you're pretty alert." Two familiar figures jumped down from the trees behind him; sure enough, it was the two female warriors from earlier.

With a sharp snap of Shenglun's fingers, Gutie and the others—who had been lying in ambush here early on—all revealed themselves, surrounding the two.
"Th-this... To think we fell into a trap. But do you really think there are only two of us?" The brown-haired woman fired a smoke grenade into the sky. Shortly after, fast rustling sounds could be heard moving through the trees as five more valiant and heroic female warriors appeared.
"This way, we won't lose in terms of numbers either," the brown-haired woman smiled with confidence.
"Young Master Shenglun, please step back first, leave this to us!" Gutie commanded the knights to engage in battle.
"Watch this miss crush you all!" Among the arriving female warriors, some could actually use magic, launching a series of fireballs toward the cavalrymen and catching them completely off guard.
"Damn it... we really underestimated them," Gutie slashed at the fireballs and shouted.
