Chapter 495 - Chapter 621-625

Chapter 621: Ultimate Divine Battle, Part Ten

A lifeless world, even the sky itself tainted in deathly gray and black, the realm of the undead began descending over the Douluo Continent. Tang Wulin and his allies watched in horror as this new undead world gradually devoured their surroundings, swallowing the familiar landscapes of Douluo until they vanished entirely.

The scene felt eerily familiar, prompting Tang Wulin to wonder if this was just another field technique like the domain Ye Wen had used earlier. But soon, Tang Wulin and Da Ming, both sensitive to the laws of reality, sensed an unsettling truth about this space.

Though Tang Wulin and the others managed to break free from Electrolux's soul chains, Tang Wulin didn't feel any relief. His expression heavy, he turned to Da Ming.

"Elder, if I'm not mistaken, this isn't just some domain, is it?"

Da Ming nodded slowly. "Yes, even though Ye Wen's earlier domain was different from the traditional domains on Douluo, it was still essentially a technique that enhanced one's strength or suppressed their opponent's. But here… there's something unique about this place. It doesn't weaken us, nor does it seem to empower him. It feels more like…"

Da Ming hesitated, finding it difficult to accept the words even as he voiced them, but eventually, he forced himself to speak his suspicion.

"… a real world."

"So you feel the same way, Elder?" Tang Wulin said, feeling both a wave of frustration and amazement. "Just what kind of people are these around Ye Wen? Each one's powers are even more unbelievable than the last!"

The other gods, though, were visibly perplexed, unable to grasp the difference between a small world and a closed domain. Though Tang Wulin only had a shallow understanding, what little he knew was enough to shock him. Of the group, Da Ming understood the implications best.

While a domain is indeed rare in Douluo, over the millennia, at least a hundred experts had developed one. At its core, a domain was merely a projection of the martial soul's attributes, altering the environment to suppress enemies or enhance one's own power.

But the world Electrolux had brought them to wasn't just an energy construct it was a tangible material realm. Its laws were real, and the presence here was solid, as if this world had its own existence.

A new god possessing a material world was beyond astonishing, even if it were only a half world with incomplete laws.

While Tang Wulin and Da Ming didn't fully understand the intricacies, they realized the threat before them: here, Electrolux wielded the power of a true ruler, someone who held absolute control over this place.

Yet, after a brief moment of terror and shock, both of them picked up on the world's fragile framework. Meeting each other's gaze, Tang Wulin and Da Ming shared a faint smile.

They still had a chance to win this fight.

Though exhausted and wounded, Tang Wulin was certain they could turn the tables. And to prevent Electrolux from retreating as Ye Wen had, Tang Wulin and Da Ming quickly coordinated a battle plan through a silent exchange.

Once their strategy was in place, Tang Wulin made the first move.

"Sea God's Thirteen Strikes: Indeterminate Storm!"

Tang Wulin's strategy was direct yet effective: use his Sea God's Thirteen Strikes to trap Electrolux, then have everyone unleash a barrage of attacks.

Though simple, the idea was to overpower a single target with the combined might of all eight of them.

However, the instant Tang Wulin's attack landed, he frowned.

"Something's… off?"

But before he could warn the others, seeing Tang Wulin's successful strike, they all launched their own attacks without hesitation.

A storm of vibrant divine abilities rained down on Electrolux, adding color to the bleak, gray world.

Just as the gods, except for Tang Wulin, thought they had struck true, laughter echoed all around them.

"Hehehe… Foolish beings. What made you think you could attack me freely within my world?"

Realizing something was wrong, Tang Wulin's team took defensive stances, each picking a direction to guard against the unexpected.

Though they weren't sure if they'd been fighting a clone or some illusion, it was clear they'd been fooled.

Already worn out from Ye Wen's spatial abilities, they now faced an even more bizarre adversary. Beyond being a death wielding deity, it seemed Electrolux had other mysterious powers.

The sound of Electrolux's voice filled the air as he began chanting, his tone rhythmic, almost like a hymn.

"The essence of life lies in the endless cycle of birth and death. Yet death… is not the end. I stand at the edge of life, Witnessing the epic of humankind. And now, I declare: Rise, all ye condemned. For now is the time for atonement!"

As Electrolux's voice echoed, the ground itself began to stir. From the lifeless soil, bones and spirits emerged, as though they were the world's vegetation ordinary yet strangely captivating.

This was the very nature of Electrolux's world, a realm of the undead.

Coming from a universe with a higher rank than Douluo, Electrolux had long touched upon divinity. Though he hadn't become a god, he possessed the essence of one, nearly equaling the gods of this realm.

Upon arriving in this universe, he'd been forcibly weakened, reduced to the power level of a demigod. Yet his connection to godhood made him a being beyond typical soul masters.

With Ye Wen's assistance, Electrolux had finally ascended to the position of Death God within this world, unlocking a massive surge in his abilities.

While not as adept at direct combat as Ye Wen, Electrolux held an overwhelming advantage when within his own domain. And this was why he'd restrained Tang Wulin's group with his chains instead of directly attacking them. He'd taken his time to draw them into his world of undead.

Chapter 622: Ultimate Divine Battle, Part Eleven

Caught off guard, Electrolux hadn't been able to eliminate even half of Tang Wulin's group in his initial ambush, much less seriously injure them. But once they were drawn into his domain, everything would proceed as Electrolux willed. Though this undead dimension was still an incomplete creation, with its death aligned attributes and the boost of divine power, Electrolux made Tang Wulin's team experience a fear they hadn't felt since their early days under powerful foes.

For the living, death was inherently abhorrent. And this loathing extended even to the gods high above. Gods, with their elevated status, held a deep seated distaste for beings that should have been swept into the cycle of reincarnation.

The newly summoned undead were weak, barely reaching the level of human Soul Sages, as Tang Wulin's team discovered upon instinctively retaliating. It was laughable, really a bunch of frail minions trying to intimidate them. But while these undead creatures were easy to kill individually, the sheer number of them, combined with their ominous wave like advance, stirred discomfort deep within the gods.

As gods, their divine energy wasn't unlimited. After enough consumption, they would either need to draw upon their own temples to access reserves of faith based divine power or painstakingly refine ambient faith energy into divine energy. Amusingly, out of the eight gods present, only Tang Wulin, Xuanzi, and Elder Song had access to their own divine temples. For Xuanzi and Elder Song, this connection was courtesy of their affiliation with Dai Mubai and his legacy. Without the "Legends of the Seven Shrek Monsters" and Shrek Academy's relentless promotion of their divine titles, no one on the continent would have even heard of the Gods of Speed or War.

Since these three alone had steady sources of divine power, everyone quickly realized that, within this small realm, their connection to their temples was severed, leaving them unanchored.

Now, while these undead were individually weak, without divine power, Tang Wulin and the others would eventually become helpless prey. To conserve energy, they stopped relying on their divine abilities and turned instead to basic combat techniques.

If they couldn't find a way out of this realm, though, they would surely be exhausted to death.

Back in the Divine Realm, Tang San seethed as he watched his son and the others struggle. Furious, he stood up, addressing the God of Destruction.

"God of Destruction, the power this Death God is using is far beyond the capabilities of a new deity. I formally protest his clear violation of the rules. I request the Divine Realm Committee to investigate him immediately!"

God of Destruction restrained his pleasure, his approval of both Electrolux and Ye Wen deepening. With these two promising newcomers, the Divine Realm could look forward to a bright future. Investigate Electrolux as Tang San suggested? God of Destruction inwardly scoffed, but outwardly maintained an air of propriety.

"This 'Death God' has not violated any rules, Tang San. This small world is his own creation; the Divine Realm has no authority to intervene. Moreover, any inquiry would be held by the Divine Realm Committee at a later time. Remember, Tang San, he is not yet formally one of us. And keep in mind that our rules are meant for deities who have inherited godly legacies; they accept the blessings of past gods and are thus bound to uphold the order established by the Divine Realm. Electrolux, as a newly self created god, hasn't enjoyed any of those benefits, so we have no authority over him."

God of Destruction's final words carried an unmistakable message.

Tang San seethed, fists clenched. Inherited deities were somehow lesser than these so called "self made" gods? How absurd! He kept his anger silent, his expression darkening as he sat back down.

Ye Wen glanced at Tang San before redirecting his attention to the screen. Those who relied solely on their inheritance would eventually fall behind, he mused. After all, the world was never short of talent.

Electrolux, in particular, had been a force of nature in his original world, a true calamity who wielded awe inspiring words like, "I hold the sun and moon in my hands, plucking stars at my will; none can match me in this world." For Tang Wulin and the others, to be defeated by such a figure would be a privilege.

Ye Wen, having acted as both mentor and peer to Electrolux, knew that his friend wouldn't go all out otherwise, at least half of Tang Wulin's team would already be dead. Even with his restraint, though, the power of Electrolux's undead minions grew stronger and stronger. They now faced god level undead.

A look of dismay crossed Tang Wulin's face as he slew a god level undead hidden amongst the lesser minions.

"Damn it! Isn't this supposed to be an incomplete undead realm? How are there god level undead here?"

An incomplete undead world created through natural means wouldn't be able to produce god level undead. But this world was Electrolux's creation, and these undead were his minions. With enough life force and a touch of divine power, ordinary high level beings could easily be transformed into god level undead.

Ironically, Electrolux had to thank the notorious Holy Spirit Sect for their part in creating these undead. Without their actions, he wouldn't have had access to so many undead at the level of Title Douluo.

Through the power of divine rewards, these vile souls were raised to the level of Extreme Douluo, and with the additional infusion of high concentration divine energy, they ascended into true god level undead.

Having spent time with Ye Wen, Electrolux had learned some underhanded tactics, too. Normally, the scattered god level undead wouldn't pose much threat, but by mixing them among lesser minions, he kept Tang Wulin and his allies under constant siege.

One after another, Tang Wulin's team was hit by surprise attacks, pushing them to the brink. Though they managed to slay a dozen or so god level undead from the Holy Spirit Sect, their reserves of divine energy grew dangerously low.

And with no spatial powers, they couldn't hope to escape this closed world.

Even if they tried bombarding a single point in the space to create an exit, Electrolux's constant reinforcement kept the dimensional walls intact.

But Tang Wulin wasn't out of tricks just yet.

He stared at the brilliant golden Seagod Trident in his hands, a look of fierce determination mixed with hesitation in his eyes.

Chapter 623: Ultimate Divine Battle, Part Twelve

At this point, Tang Wulin had come to a harsh realization about his own limits. Alone, even with Da Ming, Er Ming, and the others, he couldn't break out of their current predicament. So, Tang Wulin decided he had no choice but to seek external help!

Though he wasn't certain that using his ultimate measure could allow them to escape this world, he knew that if he didn't even dare to try, they would be completely trapped in this land of the undead. He knew, too, that using Tang San's power was against Divine Realm rules, but Tang Wulin reasoned that if he kept it hidden and used his own divine energy identical to his father's as Sea God he could probably deceive the others.

The consequences of possibly facing the Divine Realm's judgment later couldn't compare to the reality of dying here and now something Tang Wulin couldn't bring himself to accept.

"Father, lend me all your power to open a path to victory," Tang Wulin called earnestly to the trace of Tang San's divine consciousness embedded within his mind.

Tang San's consciousness gradually opened its eyes, taking in Tang Wulin's predicament. Though only a separated sliver of Tang San, it possessed all of Tang San's thoughts and personality, much like Ye Wen's clone. Yet even knowing his own destruction wouldn't affect his main body, Tang San's fragment felt a faint, instinctual repulsion to death.

Nonetheless, circumstances left him no choice; for the sake of his "foolish son's" future and his own plans, Tang San's consciousness reluctantly agreed.

"Wulin, prepare yourself. I'll burn the last of this divine fragment to open a path for you to return to the original world. Just…don't disappoint me again."

With that, Tang San's divine consciousness began to burn, channeling its power into the Sea God Trident, which now shone with an even more blinding radiance.

With his plan set, Tang Wulin solidified his resolve. Since moving as a group made it easier for Electrolux to trap them, and since they couldn't be sure if they'd have a chance to regroup and surround him, Tang Wulin resolved that, once back on Douluo Continent, they'd immediately separate and act individually to dismantle the Tianxing Federation as swiftly as possible, ushering in a new era for the Sea God Alliance.

As he communicated this plan telepathically to the others, Tang Wulin's accumulated energy surged to its peak. He raised the Sea God Trident, ready to unleash its ultimate technique.

"Sea God's Thirteen Forms: Sea God's Twilight!"

A powerful, sacred light burst forth, and the approaching undead recoiled, wailing as their very souls shrieked. Concentrating the strike on a single point, Tang Wulin finally tore open a passage connecting the undead realm to Douluo Continent.

Seeing his gamble pay off, Tang Wulin allowed himself a smile. He had guessed right!

While even the Divine Realm's God Kings couldn't open a cross world portal, this Death God had forcibly transported them to another realm. This suggested that the realm was actually a subspace created and controlled by Electrolux, and since subspaces required an anchor to the primary dimension, breaking open the spatial node should allow them to return to Douluo Continent.

Though burning Tang San's divine fragment had unleashed a powerful strike, it was, in the end, just a small part of Tang San's divine essence. The portal it forced open showed signs of closing under the undead realm's influence.

"Move!"

Tang Wulin's command left no room for hesitation. The others didn't dare delay, transforming into streams of light that quickly exited the undead realm.

The instant they returned to Douluo Continent, the group saw Electrolux standing there, waiting. Shocked, they immediately recalled the thrashings they'd received at the hands of two formidable foes, and following Tang Wulin's prearranged strategy, all eight of them took off in separate directions without so much as a backward glance.

Electrolux, raising his Death God's Scythe to continue the battle and buy time for Huo Yuhao's return, could only stare in stunned silence as they disappeared in eight different directions.

"Ah… really?"

Bemused, Electrolux scratched his head. If they hadn't had him outnumbered, there was no way they'd have posed a serious threat to Huo Yuhao and her companions.

In the Divine Realm, the gods witnessed the entire spectacle. After a moment of silence, laughter filled the air.

This was the third generation heir of the once mighty First Class God? They couldn't even muster the courage to fight head on; it was laughable!

The laughter, however, quickly faded as the gods remembered who Tang Wulin's father was and decided not to press their luck by drawing his ire. It was safer to avoid future trouble.

But the God of Destruction didn't bother to restrain himself, sneering coldly.

"If that's the extent of their capabilities, it seems we need to raise the standards for future successors in the Divine Realm. Otherwise, if gods like this are all we're left with in the future, it'd be better to dissolve the Divine Realm entirely than to wait for a day when someone could invade and stab us in the back."

Tang San remained silent, accustomed to the mockery. However, he was determined to continue with his plans and meant to reach out to the divine fragment he'd left within Tang Wulin's mind, to both scold him and hasten their mission to subjugate Douluo Continent.

But as he attempted the connection, Tang San made a shocking discovery his fragment was gone!

"What's going on?" Tang San's voice was filled with confusion, which quickly gave way to unease as he realized what had happened.

The gods had only observed Electrolux's dimension from a distance; they couldn't see into its depths due to the cross dimensional nature of the barrier. All they saw was Tang Wulin's bold attack, forcing open a portal back to Douluo Continent. To them, it was simply an impressive feat by an extraordinary figure.

After all, every god was once the central figure of their own world, capable of incredible feats under pressure.

But Tang San's expression was grim.

The situation had spiraled entirely out of his control.

Although Divine Realm gods weren't permitted to interfere in the lower worlds directly, he could often send subtle aid undetected. But now, with all eyes on Douluo, not even he could pull such stunts.

Originally, Tang San had left two fragments of his consciousness in Douluo. The first resided within Da Ming, allowing him to issue commands at any time. But as Da Ming attained godhood, the fragment containing Tang San's Sea God energy could no longer inhabit his body, and so Tang San had transferred it to a HaoTian Sect elder, a failed divine candidate. Yet Ye Wen had eliminated that man at the very beginning of the conflict.

Chapter 624: Ultimate Divine Battle, Part Thirteen

The other fragment of Tang San's divine consciousness resided within Tang Wulin himself; in fact, it had always been there, only dormant. When Tang Wulin inherited the Sea God position and awakened both his bloodline and ancient memories, this fragment activated. However, Tang San hadn't anticipated that Tang Wulin would go so far as to burn it, unleashing strength beyond his current limits to escape the crisis.

This approach was simply… idiotic!

Tang San was inwardly seething. For someone with a strong desire for control, losing it was the ultimate torment. All of Tang San's hard earned techniques held titanic power in the right hands! He had techniques so perfected that even his hidden weapon skills could slay gods. And yet, his unfilial son had chosen the crudest option: burning his divine consciousness fragment, all just to brute force through a spatial barrier!

While this fragment of the God King's consciousness didn't reach the strength of his full divine power, it was close to a First Class God's level. Tang Wulin had neglected to use any of the powerful techniques his father had taught him, like the "Goddess' Tears" or the "Xu Mi Hammer" and spirit ring detonations from the HaoTian Sect. With enough time, any of these could have achieved a similar effect.

But instead, this unfilial child had chosen the simplest, most direct path! How could the wise Tang San, God King of legend, accept this?

What Tang San didn't realize was that this error was partly his own doing. After taking on the Sea God's mantle, Tang Wulin naturally compared himself to his father, the former Sea God. In Tang Wulin's mind, the Sea God's Thirteen Forms held mythical power, since, during his own divine war, Tang San had set aside the HaoTian Sect's arts. He had even used his strongest technique, Goddess' Tears, only once before ascending to godhood and defeating Qian Renxue.

Thus, Tang Wulin had mythologized the Sea God's Thirteen Forms in his mind, and the divine consciousness, being a replication of Tang San, hadn't contradicted him. In truth, if this fragment had fully synced with the original's memories, it would have taken every precaution to ensure its own survival upon discovering the other fragment had been destroyed.

But there were no ifs in reality.

Meanwhile, the eight who had escaped Electrolux's realm each found a place to recuperate. Though wounded, their injuries hadn't been inflicted by godly powers far beyond their level as Ye Wen's had been, so with the omnipotent restorative energy of divine power, they quickly recovered.

Once he was healed, Tang Wulin immediately contacted the others to organize their next steps. After battles with Ye Wen and Electrolux, they had less than half their divine energy reserves left. Now, they had to seize territory and establish a strong following quickly; otherwise, they would have no hope against Huo Yuhao and her companions once they emerged.

Their strategy was to aim high from the start. They dismissed the former Douling Empire's territory, which was the site of their first loss and now had the smallest population. Tianhun was also a secondary target. Historically, Douluo Continent's population centers were the Sun Moon Empire and Xingluo.

With Tianxing City's rise, many aspirational people had flocked there, and those who failed to thrive there often went to Xingluo or Sun Moon. If they were to rapidly accumulate the power of belief, Tang Wulin's group would need to make a choice between Xingluo and the Sun Moon territories.

Without much hesitation, Tang Wulin selected Xingluo.

The reason was simple: Xingluo had been a part of Douluo Continent since ancient times, and as the successor to the legendary Sea God Tang San, Tang Wulin's legacy would more likely be accepted there, facilitating rapid belief building.

The Sun Moon Empire was a more skeptical choice. Without any established gods, it could be a "faithless land," but the atrocities of the Holy Spirit Cult had made the people resistant to divine matters. Additionally, due to the heroic deeds of the Tianxing Knights, many there had started to revere the Tianxing Federation's heroes. But even with that, Tang Wulin wasn't planning to spare Sun Moon entirely; after all, Douluo gods, at their core, were human, and human desire for resources was endless.

However, when Tang Wulin's forces began their mission, they found themselves dumbfounded. In the time spent fighting Ye Wen and Electrolux, a full day and night had passed not enough time for the population of Xingluo or Tianxing City to fully evacuate. Yet Ye Wen had already foreseen this outcome.

They were all gods, so who didn't know what the others sought?

So, in the largest cities of Douluo Continent, people had disappeared en masse, retreating to the countryside in a dispersed strategy, with villages encircling cities. If Tang Wulin's team wanted followers, they would have to gather people slowly.

If they didn't want to arouse hatred, they would have to proceed gently, slowly spreading tales of their heroics and earning followers through goodwill. But any violent methods would see them branded as evil gods, regardless of Tang Wulin's noble claim as Sea God.

As reports from Da Ming, Er Ming, and the others poured in, Tang Wulin's face grew darker.

"Well played, Ye Wen, oh mighty 'God of Wisdom.' You saw through our plans from the start, and now you've deployed this flawless open strategy to stall us and buy time for your disciples to ascend."

At that moment, Tang Wulin felt an overwhelming sense of helplessness. Schemes and deceptions could be countered, and with their considerable strength, there were ways to find an opening. But an open, righteous strategy left him no choice but to face it head on or use painstakingly slow methods to resolve it.

With no other options left, Tang Wulin had to press on, gathering whatever followers he could.

However, the ragtag nobility supporting them started showing their true colors. Accustomed to lording over the common folk, they had no intention of humbling themselves to preach Tang Wulin's story, and unintentionally they earned the public's resentment in the Xingluo region.

When this news reached Tang Wulin, who was meditating to replenish his strength, his previously calm and handsome face twisted with rage. After a long silence, he spat out three words through gritted teeth:

"Damn it all!"

In the end, Tang Wulin resolved to use the oldest method with these hopeless nobles: brutal suppression, to show them who truly led the Sea God Alliance!

At last, these troublesome remnants fell into line.

Chapter 625: The Ultimate Divine Battle, Part Fourteen

Though the nobility had been subdued, the atrocities they had committed left scars that could not be erased. This made Tang Wulin's path to collecting faith even more challenging. Faced with such difficulties, Tang Wulin tried to separate persecuted civilians from unaffected areas to prevent word of mouth from spreading and further worsening his situation.

While this method was effective to an extent, the Tianxing Federation's benevolent governance over the years, which blurred lines between former imperial identities, had deeply influenced the civilians in Xingluo. Once the people realized that war was simply an extension of politics, who would willingly fight and die for a few nobles?

A month passed. Tang Wulin had managed to seize control of the Xingluo region and attempted to restore it to its former name, the Xingluo Empire. However, the people of Xingluo refused to acknowledge this new order; they instead waited patiently and anxiously for a change, clinging to hope.

As a result, the faith Tang Wulin managed to gather couldn't even replenish what he had lost in his battles against Ye Wen and Electrolux. Tang Wulin, however, was not disheartened he had foreseen this. Now, he and Da Ming, Er Ming, and the others focused entirely on honing their abilities in preparation for the final battle.

Finally, after another stretch of time, a surge of divine power rose across the Douluo Continent. A new god had been born!

Tang Wulin and his allies didn't rush toward the source. Instead, they chose to wait at the boundary between Xingluo and Tianhun, on the former site of Tianxing City. After all, flying at high speed would only deplete their divine power reserves.

In an instant, divine power materialized in the sky, and a portal opened, from which Huo Yuhao and the others gracefully emerged. Each woman possessed a natural beauty, and upon ascending to godhood, they gained an aura of nobility. Standing at the center, Huo Yuhao had transformed her once aquamarine hair now gleamed silver, complementing her golden eyes, making her appear majestic and mysterious.

Having completed the trials of the Seven Elemental Gods, Huo Yuhao and her companions emerged from the realm and quickly learned of the state of affairs on Douluo. Golden eyes brimming with murderous intent, Huo Yuhao locked her gaze onto Tang Wulin.

"Tang Wulin, you dared harm my master! You've already chosen your path to destruction!"

Tang Wulin, who had seen goddesses in his youth, was briefly mesmerized by Huo Yuhao's radiance. Yet, hearing her accusation, he felt a strange discomfort though he couldn't quite place it. Suppressing his own emotions, he steadied himself, determined to negotiate.

"Huo Yuhao, we were classmates once; must we really turn this into a fight to the death?"

Without replying, Huo Yuhao drew her divine weapon the Voidless Sword. This sword was no ordinary blade; it could cut through anything that wasn't divine, cleaving all before it. Her unsheathing of the sword left no doubt about her stance.

Tang Wulin's face twisted with frustration; he hadn't expected Huo Yuhao to be so unyielding. Yet he attempted one last time to reason with her.

"Huo Yuhao, think carefully. If this battle commences, I cannot guarantee the safety of your dear friends! I'm giving you one last chance let's make a divine pact and share the faith of the Douluo Continent. Let the lands of Xingluo be mine, while you claim those of the Sun Moon and Tianhun Empires for your faith."

Huo Yuhao's response was a decisive slash of her sword!

Tang Wulin and his allies, having expended vast amounts of divine power to raise their level to the peak of demigod, couldn't avoid the blow and had to scramble to defend. The Seven Elemental Gods wouldn't allow their successors to be limited by a lack of resources. Besides completing their divine equipment, the month spent in the divine realm also involved upgrading their cultivation levels. Huo Yuhao and her allies were now all at level 109, the peak of demigod, with divine equipment bolstering their powers to nearly reach Second Class God status.

Huo Yuhao's attack declared the beginning of the ultimate divine battle.

Dodging hastily, Tang Wulin shouted furiously, "I've given you enough respect, Huo Yuhao! If you insist on this battle, you will regret it!"

Huo Yuhao's response was immediate and unyielding. She flew straight at Tang Wulin, wielding the Voidless Sword against his Sea God Trident. Her pent up anger burst forth.

"Shut up, you worthless fool! I am the rightful sovereign of Douluo's future! And you, vile scoundrel how dare you think you could harm my beloved master and escape justice? Today, you'll fall here, a mere chapter in my epic!"

"Aaah!" Tang Wulin's pretense dropped entirely as he bellowed with rage. Divine power surged from him as he unleashed the Sea God's Thirteen Forms, roaring, "You brought this upon yourself, Huo Yuhao! If you refuse cooperation, I'll crush you and make you mine! I'll show you how I'll rule over Douluo!

"Who are you to look down on me?! I am the son of Tang San, the Sea God who saved Douluo a millennium ago! I was born with every privilege this world has to offer. Even as a god, you cannot surpass me!"

As Tang Wulin raged, Huo Yuhao's Voidless Sword gleamed with icy energy. Godly abilities were powerful, but Snow Empress' ultimate technique, the "Emperor's Blade," forged over millennia, had long surpassed the ordinary. Now, infused with Huo Yuhao's power as the God of Space, this normally long range godhead unleashed unprecedented close combat potential.

Before Tang Wulin's eyes, the very fabric of space was torn apart by Huo Yuhao's Emperor's Blade!

His expression turned to shock. When he'd fought desperately to escape Electrolux's realm, he'd had to rely on his father's residual godly power. Yet now, this woman effortlessly tore open Douluo's space with a single swing.

Tang Wulin had never considered himself inferior to Huo Yuhao, but seeing her wield her godhead as the God of Space, vastly outstripping his own Sea God godhead at the same level, he felt an uncontrollable surge of jealousy.
