Chun-Li's dissatisfaction with Ryuji was simply because Ryuji was finding women far too quickly. He had previously promised her that he wouldn't casually make a move on Cammy, yet all Chun-Li had done was go through the procedures for her resignation, and when she came back, she found that Ryuji had already won Cammy over.
And she had discovered it while wearing her training outfit, preparing to give him a surprise and add a little excitement to their relationship!

They weren't opposed to Shinra's development, but Shinra had simply been too ruthless.
Tifa looked at the books she had placed to one side, especially some of the political books, and couldn't help but start thinking.
She was thinking about her world.
The political system of her world was extremely chaotic. There were even kings, yet somehow a company like Shinra had emerged that possessed the authority of a nation without bearing the responsibilities of one.
A monster that would oppress everyone without hesitation for the sake of profit.

So, things had to change. It wasn't something that could be resolved simply by destroying Shinra or killing Sephiroth. What needed to change was Shinra's situation of possessing power without having corresponding responsibilities!
If that didn't change, then even if Shinra company were destroyed, another Shinra company would eventually appear!
And to change all of this, there were only two paths: entering politics or rebelling!
She hadn't understood any of this before. But after attending school in this world, studying history, and then moving on to politics, she understood.
This was why studying history so easily led people to become "rebels."
